Abstract:
Ziel dieses Lehrbuches ist es, Strukturen, Akteure und Prozesse der politischen Kommunikation aus einer kommunikationswissenschaftlichen Perspektive heraus zu analysieren und dabei integrativ auf die Theorie- und Forschungsbestände anderer Sozialwissenschaften zurückzugreifen. Da politische Kommunikation sowohl auf Seiten der Politik als auch auf Seiten der Medien in erster Linie eine organisierte Form der Kommunikation ist, wird der Mesoebene der Organisation wie der Makroebene der Gesellschaft besondere Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Für die bereits vierte Auflage wurde der Text grundlegend aktualisiert und neu strukturiert.
