Abstract:
The film shows the dance Invirtita (turning dance) from the village Blajel (Sibiu district). It is danced in pairs, in groups of three (one man, two momen) or four (two men, two women). The dancers hold each others shoulders. The movement is done on the spot. The tempo is moderate. The dance is accompanied by gipsy music.
