Männertänze in lebhaftem sowie beschleunigtem Tempo in Halbkreisform ausgeführt. Zu den Tänzen spielt ein Klarinettist auf.
Abstract:
The film shows the dances Salcioara (willow tree) and Oblii (straight) from the village Vestem (Sibiu district). They are danced exclusively by men. The first is danced in a semi-circle, the dancers holding each other by the shoulders. The movement is performed on the spot by each side. The tempo is lively. The Oblii is danced in a semi-circle. A clarinetist accompanies the dance.
