Abstract:
Die für die Filmaufnahme bestellten fünf Musiker spielen die Stücke "Das Nicken der Tauben" und "Das Klagen der Fische", die auf gesungenen Vorlagen beruhen. Die kleine, heute ausschließlich zur Unterhaltung spielende Instrumentalbesetzung besteht aus dem Xylophon kalondang und der Kernspaltflöte lobat. Auf dem Xylophon mit neun an einer Schnur hängenden Klangplatten spielen zwei Musiker.
Abstract:
Five musicians, engaged for the film, play the pieces "The Nodding of the Doves" and "The Wailing of the Fishes", based on songs. The small orchestra, today playing for entertainment only, consists of the xylophone 〈i〉kalondang〈/i〉 and the flue pipe 〈i〉lobat〈/i〉. The xylophone, made of nine bars suspended by a cord, is played by two musicians.
