    Abstract: Nationalism, Religious Violence, and Hate Speech in Nineteenth-Century Western Europe critically analyses the role played by different memories of past religious violence in public debates in nineteenth-century Europe. Looking back, European societies often did not seek to overcome their differences and create a framework of peaceful coexistence among various religions and denominations, but rather, more frequently, to fuel intra- and inter-religious hatred. Moreover, various violent pasts were mobilised to define what and who was intolerant, in order to mark the "other" as intolerant and therefore incompatible with societal values. To examine conflicting memories of violence and hatred, this book focuses on commemorations, statues, publications, and public polemics surrounding past religious violence. Three elements serve as a framework to explain the conflictive nature of these memories of intolerance: the age of commemorations, the culture wars, and the second confessional age. The authors explore cases in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the Low Countries, covering Catholicism, Protestantism, Anglicanism, Islam, and Judaism. The book focuses on iconic victims such as Giordano Bruno and Michael Servetus, collective massacres, and discourses surrounding religious hatred in events such as the Crusades. The cases of religious violence remembered in the nineteenth century span the Middle Ages and the intense period of religious violence known as the confessional age. This book will appeal to students and scholars of politics, religious tolerance and freedom, hate speech, nationalism, religious history, and European history.

Im genuin modernen Konflikt des Auseinandertretens von Gesellschaft und Staat, von sich selbst verwirklichendem Individuum auf dem Markt und der Gemeinschaft, zeichnet sich eine neue zentrale Funktion des Staats ab: Die Garantie der Freiheit für seine Bürger. Der Sozialstaat als Mittel dieser staatlichen Freiheitsgarantie erfüllt somit nicht nur eine bedeutende Rolle in der Versöhnung von Individuum und Gemeinschaft, sondern bildet hierdurch zugleich ein zentrales Legitimationselement des modernen Staats. Der Autor Dr. Joshua Folkerts war Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Graduiertenkolleg „Deutungsmacht“ der Universität Rostock sowie Fulbright-Gastwissenschaftler an der Boston University.     Abstract: Mit Diskurs : Ereignis : Praxis legt die Autorin ein dynamisches Theorieprogramm für eine diskurstheoretisch informierte und am Ereignisbegriff orientierte Soziologie der Praxis vor. Sie skizziert die soziologische Relation zwischen den Begriffen Diskurs, Ereignis und Praxis, diagnostiziert deren in Schräglage geratenes Verhältnis und erklärt die Dynamisierung der dichotomen Konzeptionen zum leitenden Prinzip ihrer Argumentation. Durch eine Rekonstruktion der diskurstheoretischen Grundlagen, praxistheoretischen Bedingungen, der Situation der Methodendiskussion sowie der Ausgangslage soziologischer Protestforschung, formiert sie die Basis des Forschungsprogramms und markiert die Frage der Assoziation von Diskursen und Praktiken als Leerstelle, welche am Beispiel der Protestforschung expliziert wird. Kern des Buches ist die differenzierte Auseinandersetzung mit dem Ereignisbegriff, der ausgehend von der Foucaultschen Prägung als Hauptumschlagsbasis weiterentwickelt und in einen Ereignisbegriff überführt wird, der ein Dichotomien überwindendes Verhältnis von Diskurs und Praxis in einem poststrukturalistischen Materialismus gewährleistet. Das Potential des Programms liegt zudem in der Erweiterung der Praxisforschung um eine explizite Macht- und Herrschaftsperspektive, die mit einer Analyse der Praxis des Widerständigen am Beispiel des Yippie Festival of Life vor Augen geführt wird. Die Autorin PD Dr. Franka Schäfer ist Soziologin.     Abstract: This book offers an analysis of the complex and shifting conditions of being young as well as the new ways in which young people engage in politics in Turkey. It is based on a closer examination of young people’s participation in the Gezi protests in 2013. From the perspective of cultural sociology, this work presents a nuanced discussion of the roots and dynamics of young people’s unexpected engagement and spectacular appearance at the protests, with a theoretical focus on the concepts of youth and the political, by exploring questions such as: How did young people experience the protests? How did they reflect on being young? How did they define the political? Grounded in ethnographic field research conducted via in-depth interviews, this book demonstrates that what happened in the Gezi protests was not a sudden and miraculous transformation of apolitical youth into political subjects on the streets, as has often been argued in public discourse. Rather, the protests brought into view the changes which had already been taking place in young people’s lives in Turkey as a result of the effects of both local and global processes, i.e. the influence of authoritarian politics and social change characterized by religion in everyday life, as well as the implications of neoliberal policies in the restructuring of urban spaces.     Abstract: Spätestens seit den 1990-er Jahren erscheint der Begriff Beteiligung in diversen gesellschaftlichen Bereichen als allgemein anerkannter Imperativ, der von unterschiedlichen Akteur*innen als Allheilmittel angepriesen wird. Doch wenn Beteiligung proklamiert wird, bedeutet das mitnichten eine Garantie für gesellschaftliche Teilhabe. Mit Hilfe einer dispositivanalytischen Untersuchung von top-down Beteiligungsmaßnahmen in der Berliner Quartiersentwicklung zeigt Magdalena Otto, wie der Begriff Beteiligung verschiedenartig anschlussfähig ist und dadurch eine kaum hinterfragte Legitimationskraft ausstrahlt. Im Zentrum der hier entwickelten Theorie über den Beteiligungsimperativ steht die Rekonstruktion von vier idealtypisch zu verstehenden Deutungsmustern zur Legitimation von Beteiligungsmaßnahmen sowie ihre intendierten und unbeabsichtigten Folgen. Der konstatierte Beteiligungsimperativ zeigt sich dabei als eine auf Aktivierung setzende, neoliberale Gouvernementalität in Reaktion auf städtische Segregations- und Marginalisierungsprozesse, die Krise des Kommunalstaats und damit einhergehende veränderte Steuerungserfordernisse für Regierungshandeln. Die Autorin Magdalena Otto promovierte zur Beteiligung von Bürger*innen in der Quartiersentwicklung. Zu ihren Forschungsschwerpunkten zählen (Anti-)Diskriminierung, soziale Ungleichheit und Partizipation. Seit 2023 arbeitet sie für das Deutsche Institut für Menschenrechte.

    Abstract: The textbook provides an in-depth overview of African history and politics from the Atlantic slave trade, through the phases of colonialism and decolonization, to the development problems of the present. Various development theories are used to explain successful and failed development paths of individual countries after 1960. Thematic foci include Europe's colonial legacy, state formation and state failure, democratization, the curse of raw materials, population growth, hunger and poverty, ethnic conflicts, and the roles of the World Bank, EU, and China as external actors in Africa. This book is a translation of the original German 1st edition Afrika by Rainer Tetzlaff,published by Springer Fachmedien Wiesbaden GmbH, part of Springer Nature in 2018.The translation was done with the help of artificial intelligence (machine translation by the service DeepL.com). A subsequent human revision was done primarily in terms of content, so that the book will read stylistically differently from a conventional translation.     Abstract: In the last decades, violent non-state actors (VNSAs) such as rebel and terrorist organizations have proved their capacity to break international law. The international community, particularly the United Nations (UN), has reacted to this development by redirecting its conflict resolution efforts to these non-state entities. This has turned targeted sanctions into one of the most vital and indispensable foreign policy tools available to the UN Security Council in combating terrorism and contributing to the peaceful resolution of (intra-state) conflicts. Despite the UN Security Council’s growing tendency to sanction VNSAs, there has been little research analyzing the effects of UN targeted sanctions on these non-government actors. This book seeks to fill this gap and shifts the focus on non-state actors by ascertaining the general mechanisms through and conditions under which UN targeted sanctions imposed on VNSAs tend to be effective. The tripartite empirical analysis combining quantitative and qualitative research methods demonstrates that the state-centric understanding of how sanctions work is not simply applicable to the effective sanctioning of violent non-state actors such as rebel and terrorist movements. About the author Christopher Huber is a Research Fellow associated with the GIGA German Institute for Global and Area Studies in Hamburg. His research focuses on international sanctions, counterterrorism and religious conflicts.

    Abstract: When U.S. war resisters turned to Canada as refuge during the Vietnam War and the Afghanistan/Iraq Wars, they not only hoped to forestall deployment to a combat zone but also to build new lives and make a new home abroad. In her empirical study, Sarah J. Grünendahl explores and juxtaposes how well the two war resister 'generations' have been able to establish themselves after all and to what extent they partake in Canadian society. The comparison is instructive for migration and refugee studies altogether: The war resisters in the sample, unlike many other migrant populations, did not have to contend with language and cultural barriers in their destination country, given similarities between the United States and Canada. Sarah J. Grünendahl's research thus allows for an analysis of the effects of residency on migrants' adaptation and participation in the receiving society, isolated from these two common barriers. Further, the study sheds light on how refugees and non-citizens can employ civic engagement to claim a place for themselves and overcome societal exclusion. About the author Sarah J. Grünendahl is research assistant at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Cultural Studies at the University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf and earned her doctorate in Political Science at the University of Siegen. Her research interests include migration and refugee studies, the effects of legal status on migrants' incorporation, and the nexus between societal participation, place (attachment) and identity.

    Abstract: Der Sammelband zieht eine erste und zugleich umfassende politikwissenschaftliche Bilanz der vierten Regierung Merkel aus CDU/CSU und SPD. In den Beiträgen ausgewiesener Expert*innen werden in einem ersten Teil die Rahmenbedingungen des Regierens durch die Große Koalition zwischen 2017/18 und 2021 analysiert.     Abstract: Bastian Strobel beschäftigt sich in diesem Buch mit dem Verhältnis von Politik und Verwaltung im Nationalsozialismus und im SED-Regime. Auf Basis des in der Verwaltungswissenschaft gut etablierten Konzepts der Verwaltungspolitisierung untersucht er beide Systeme im Rahmen von Einzelfallstudien sehr detailliert. Der Vergleich der beiden Regime zeigt, dass sich die Vorgehensweise der NSDAP und der SED bezüglich der Politisierung des jeweiligen Verwaltungspersonals in vielen Punkten gleichen, beide Parteien jedoch auch eigene Akzente gesetzt haben und sich einige Entwicklungen unterscheiden. Der Autor Bastian Strobel ist Referent bei IT.NRW, dem Statistischen Landesamt des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen. Zuvor war er wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Fachgebiet Public Management der Universität Kassel. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte sind das Verhältnis von Politik und Verwaltung in Autokratien und die Untersuchung von Verwaltungseliten in Deutschland seit dem Kaiserreich.

    Abstract: "Based on critical theory and ethnographic research, this book explores how intensifying geographies of extractive capitalism shapes human lives and transformative politics in marginal areas of the global economy. Engaging the work of Judith Butler, Henri Lefebvre, and Jacque Rancière with ethnographic research on socio-political effects of mining-induced dispossession in Mozambique, the bookLesutis demonstrates how explores how extractive capitalism affects (im)possibilities of a liveable life and theorising precarity unfolds as a spatially constituted condition of everyday life given over to the violence of capital. Going beyond labour relations, or governance of life in liberal democracies, it the book shows how dispossessed people are subjected to structural, symbolic, and direct modalities of violence; this simultaneously constitutes their suffering and ceaseless desire, however implausible, to be included into abstract space of extractivism. As a result, despite multifarious violence that it engenders, extractive capital accumulation is sustained even in the margins, historically excluded from contingently lived imaginaries of a "good life" promised by capital Presenting this theorisation of precarity as a framework on, and a critique of, the contemporary politics of (un)liveability, the book speaks to key debates about precarity, dispossession, resistance, extractivism, and development in several disciplines, especially political geography, IPE, global politics, and critical theory. It will also be of interest to scholars in development studies, critical political economy, and African politics."

Focusing on the national members of two trans-European far-right coalitions - Generation Identity and Fortress Europe - the author explores the extent to which European far-right extra-parliamentary actors Europeanise their mobilisation. Drawing on social movement literature, the book argues that national extra-parliamentary actors' Europeanisation processes are influenced by their political and discursive opportunities and resources. Focusing on the groups' mobilisation during the 'refugee crisis' (2015-2017), the analysis considers the groups' frames, collective action, and coalition-building in the period, finding that the depth of the groups' resources particularly affects their capacity to mobilise. This book will be of interest to scholars, students, and civil society actors in fields related to the far right, European studies, social movements, and migration"--

    Abstract: This book examines postwar waves of political violence that affected six Southeast Asian countries - Indonesia, Burma/Myanmar, Cambodia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam - from the wars of independence in the mid-twentieth century to the recent Rohingya genocide. Featuring cases not previously explored, and offering fresh insights into more familiar cases, the chapters cover a range of topics including the technologies of violence, the politics of fear, inclusion and exclusion, justice and ethics, repetitions of mass violence events, impunity, law, ethnic and racial killings, crimes against humanity, and genocide. The book delves into the violence that has reverberated across the region spurred by local and global politics and ideologies, through the examination of such themes as identity ascription and formation, existential and ontological questions, collective memories of violence, and social and political transformation. In our current era of global social and political transition, the volume’s case studies provide an opportunity to consider potential repercussions and outcomes of various political and ideological positionings and policies.

    Abstract: In the wake of Russia’s annexation of Crimea, this volume examines the relationship Russia has with its so-called ‘compatriots abroad’. Based on research from Belarus, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Latvia and Ukraine, the authors examine complex relationships between these individuals, their home states, and the Russian Federation. Russia stands out globally as a leading sponsor of kin-state nationalism, vociferously claiming to defend the interests of its so-called diaspora, especially the tens of millions of ethnic Russians and Russian speakers who reside in the countries that were once part of the Soviet Union. However, this volume shifts focus away from the assertive diaspora politics of the Russian state, towards the actual groups of Russian speakers in the post-Soviet space themselves. In a series of empirically grounded studies, the authors examine complex relationships between ‘Russians’, their home-states and the Russian Federation. Using evidence from Belarus, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, and Ukraine, the findings demonstrate multifaceted levels of belonging and estrangement with spaces associated with Russia and the new, independent states in which Russian speakers live. By focusing on language, media, politics, identity and quotidian interactions, this collection provides a wealth of material to help understand contemporary kin-state policies and their impact on group identities and behaviour

    Abstract: This theoretically and empirically grounded book uses case studies of political graffiti in the post-socialist Balkans and Central Europe to explore the use of graffiti as a subversive political media. Despite the increasing global digitisation, graffiti remains widespread and popular, providing with a few words or images a vivid visual indication of cultural conditions, social dynamics and power structures in a society, and provoking a variety of reactions. Using qualitative and quantitative methods, as well as detailed interdisciplinary analyses of "patriotic," extreme-right, soccer-fan, nostalgic, and chauvinist graffiti and street art, it looks at why and by whom graffiti is used as political media and to/against whom it is directed. The book theorises discussions of political graffiti and street art to show different methodological approaches from four perspectives: context, author, the work itself, and audience.

Jung, weiblich und digital wolle man werden. Mit Generalsekretär Lars Klingbeil an der Spitze ernannte sich die SPD zur digitalen Mitmachpartei: Vernetzte Parteiarbeit sei jetzt zeitgemäß über Debattenportal, Online-Umfragen und einen Telegram-Kanal möglich. Wie erklärt sich, dass die SPD lange vor der Corona-Pandemie massiv auf digitale Kommunikation und Beteiligung setzte? Welche Ziele verfolgte die neue Parteiführung und an welchen Stellen zeigte die Partei Widerstand im Reformprozess? Diesen und weiteren Fragen geht die Studie auf die Spur und gibt bislang unbekannte Einblicke in die innerparteiliche Organisation, in Führungsstrategien und die Parteikultur. Auf Basis einer Vielzahl von Experteninterviews, Parteidokumenten und Hintergrundgesprächen wurde dieser bislang nur schwer einsehbare Bereich hinter den Kulissen der SPD ausgeleuchtet.     Abstract: Der „Nationalsozialistische Untergrund“ (NSU) ermordete bis zu seiner Selbstaufdeckung 2011 zehn Menschen und verletzte zahlreiche weitere. Zwischen 1999 und 2011 verübte die Gruppe zehn Mordanschläge und drei Sprengstoffanschläge. Während die Bundesanwaltschaft im NSU-Prozess das Bild eines isolierten und nur von einzelnen Neonazis unterstützten Trios zeichnete, dem auch das Gericht in seinem Urteil folgte, zeichnet diese Studie ein verzweigtes Netzwerk nach und betont die Rolle der neonazistischen Bewegung bei der Entstehung, Radikalisierung und Unterstützung des NSU. Unter Rückgriff auf Ansätze aus der Forschung zu sozialen Bewegungen wird neben der Bedeutung radikaler Milieus auch die gesellschaftlicher Kontextbedingungen herausgearbeitet. Zu diesen Gelegenheitsstrukturen zählen etwa das Protest Policing, insbesondere die Vertrauenspersonenpraxis der Verfassungsschutzämter, oder der Asyldiskurs in den frühen 1990er Jahren. Auf der Grundlage von empirischem Material aus der neonazistischen Bewegung wird zusätzlich der bewegungsinterne Gewaltdiskurs untersucht und die diskursive Konstruktion von Deutungs- und Handlungsrahmen in Bewegung und radikalen Milieus und ihre Bedeutung für die Gewaltpraxis des NSU analysiert. Damit zeigt diese Studie Perspektiven für die Erforschung des Rechtsterrorismus auf, die auch unabhängig vom NSU relevant sind. Der Autor Dr. Jan Schedler ist Sozialwissenschaftler und Studiendekan der Fakultät für Sozialwissenschaft der Ruhr-Universität Bochum.

    Abstract: In diesem Buch werden die Bürgerbeteiligung auf kommunaler Ebene und das Wissen, das über Kommunikation in den Netzwerken der Akteure der politischen Partizipation und des zivilgesellschaftlichen Engagements tradiert wird, aus medien- und kommunikationswissenschaftlicher Sicht betrachtet. Der Fokus der Untersuchung liegt auf dialogorientiert-informellen Verfahren und dem medienübergreifenden Abrufen, Akkumulieren, Generieren und Ausbilden von Wissen in der Bürgerbeteiligung über ein crossmediales Wissensmanagement. Aus der Zusammenführung normativ-theoretischer Überlegungen und der empirischen Befunde einer Feldforschung im Raum Mittweida wird das Konzept der wissensorientierten Bürgerkommune entwickelt. Dafür werden fünf Bausteine vorgeschlagen, die bei der Etablierung von dialogorientiert-informeller Bürgerbeteiligung sowie einem crossmedialen Wissensmanagement auf kommunaler Ebene helfen können. Die normativ-theoretischen Überlegungen, die empirischen Befunde und auch die Konzeptentwicklung sind sowohl für den wissenschaftlichen Diskurs um die Förderung von Bürgerbeteiligung als auch für Praktiker der Zivilgesellschaft und der politisch-administrativen Ebene in Kommunen relevant. Der Autor Christopher M. Brinkmann ist im Bereich Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaft mit Fokus auf Bürgerbeteiligung an der Hochschule Mittweida tätig.

    Abstract: "An important debate is under way in the European Union (EU) over what should be shared at community level and what should be left to individual nations. Social Europe is a key topic in the construction of the EU and its institutions. This volume examines the current state of, and perspectives for, Social Europe, as well as key issues in European social policy, including the posting of workers, the impact of the free market and regulations on social convergence, work automation, digitalisation, taxation and democracy in the workplace. The aim of this volume is to identify a course to be followed in integrating the EU's social policies and point to areas in which co-operation between member states is likely to produce best results. The concept of 'social turn' is used as a theoretical tool to describe and explain European policy in the field of social issues, with 'social turn' defined as a change in the way of thinking about Social Europe. While a Social Europe was previously seen to be a natural consequence of political and economic integration, it is now viewed as a separate area that requires active policies to preserve the European project. The EU's big question today concerns the level at which this policy should be pursued: the volume's contributors outline difficulties with harmonising social policies across the Union, but they nevertheless argue that, owing to the common challenges faced by Europe, the idea of a Social Europe must not be abandoned and requires specific action. The volume consists of 11 chapters that propose ways in which the idea of a Social Europe can be put into practice. Chapter 1 outlines prospects for developing European social policy: is this idea becoming obsolete, as some argue? The following six chapters discuss areas that require action at both the national and European levels (such as democracy in the workplace, work automation, digitalisation and taxes). Is it possible to work towards common goals across the EU while accounting for the different levels and contexts of its functioning? The next three chapters are authored by representatives of the authorities of the Weimar Triangle states of France, Germany and Poland, and shed light on the views and arguments raised in the debate on the future of Social Europe.     Abstract: The OECD and the Directorate-General for Environment, the European Commission department responsible for EU policy on the environment, joined forces to examine current and future water-related financing challenges faced by EU member states. These include investments needed to comply with EU regulation for water supply, wastewater collection and treatment, and flood protection. As part of the research, new data was produced on current levels of expenditure for water supply, sanitation and flood protection, as well as on projected needs. It supported a comparison across member states and substantiated tailored policy discussions in selected countries and at European level. This report captures the rationale for the research, the main quantitative outcomes and the policy issues and recommendations that derived from this two-year co-operation. Lessons from Europe outlined in this report can inspire similar research and policy discussions in other parts of the world.

    Abstract: This book elucidates why human rights still matter in contemporary global affairs, and what can lead to better protection of international human rights in a post-liberal order.It blends theoretical, empirical, and normative perspectives, while providing much-needed analysis in light of the perils of populism, authoritarianism, and toxic nationalism, as well as highlighting the hopes with which people around the world view human rights in the new millennium. Systematically combining theoretical perspectives from across the disciplines with numerous case studies, it demonstrates not only the complexities of the domestic conditions involved, but also the ways in which human dignity can be preserved and promoted during periods of rapid change and uncertainty. Finally, the book addresses the question of how to protect human rights in such a world in which the active promotion of democratic values and enforcement of human rights may not be necessarily aligned with evolving economic and geopolitical interests of many great and diverse powers on the global scene. As such, it is a timely intervention for human rights as a concept as it has been attacked and eroded by the instability in our world today.

    Abstract: Die Effekte der Digitalisierung auf die Demokratie sind vielfältig.     Abstract: Die Globalisierung, begleitet von der De- und Transnationalisierung von Gesellschaft, Wirtschaft, Politik und Kultur, schreitet weiter kontinuierlich voran. Der daraus resultierende Bedeutungsverlust des Nationalstaates wirft die Frage auf, welche Rolle grenzüberschreitende Kooperation spielen kann und soll. Das Buch analysiert und vergleicht Leistungen und Herausforderungen der wichtigsten regionalen Zusammenschlüsse in Asien: Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC), Eurasische Wirtschaftsunion, Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) und Ansätze zur Schaffung einer ostasiatischen Gemeinschaft. Die Rolle der Europäischen Union in Asien findet ebenfalls Beachtung.     Abstract: Der länderübergreifende Erfolg rechtspopulistischer Parteien stellt eine besorgniserregende Entwicklung in demokratischen Wohlfahrtsstaaten dar. Max Makovec entwickelt einen diskursanalytischen Zugang zum Thema Rechtsextremismus/-populismus, um am Beispiel dreier rechter deutscher Parteien in unterschiedlichen zeitlichen Epochen Wissensbestände und Deutungsschemata von und über rechte Akteure zu untersuchen. Er rekonstruiert, wie rechte Inhalte an Legitimität gewinnen und so die humanistische Demokratie gefährden können. Eine zu stark auf Konsens ausgelegte parlamentarische Demokratie führt so paradoxerweise zum erneuten Aufblühen gruppenbezogener Menschenfeindlichkeit, die von rechten Parteien als anti-elitäre, rationale und deswegen freiheitliche Ideologie verkauft wird. Dieser Gefahr kann weniger durch ein Zusammenrücken der anderen Parteien als vielmehr durch klare inhaltliche Positionierungen und zivilisierten Dissens wirksam entgegengesteuert werden.     Abstract: Es gibt zahlreiche Untersuchungen über die gemeinsame Außen- und Sicherheitspolitik (GASP) der EU hinsichtlich des israelisch-palästinensischen Konflikts, aber bisher keine, die den arabischen Blick auf diese Politik thematisiert. Um die arabische Perzeption dieser Politik zu verstehen, erschließt Malek Harba die arabischsprachige Literatur. Zusätzlich werden bedeutende Expertinnen und Experten der Politikwissenschaft und Diplomatie befragt, die zum Zeitpunkt der Interviews einen Einfluss auf die öffentliche Meinung hatten. Es stellt sich heraus, dass ihre Einschätzungen stark davon beeinflusst sind, ob sie eher die Positionen von PLO und Fatah oder von Hamas und Dschihad unterstützen.
