Abstract:
Abstract:
A tin-can is cut into pieces, which are smoothed. The smith lays a pattern on a piece of tin, scratches the outline of the funnel and cuts it out. It is then bent over and welted. After this the pieces for the pipe, the handle and the upper edge are cut out. Pipe and rim are welted. The weltings are soldered and put together, a fine sifting-web is placed on the top end of the pipe. Finally the pipe, funnel, rim and handle are soldered together.
