Abstract:
Aus Gersten- und etwas Weizen- und Roggenmehl sowie aus gekochten Kartoffeln, Vollmilch und Wasser bereitet eine Bauersfrau einen Teig für Fladenbrot. Der Teig wird zu großen dünnen Fladen ausgerollt und auf einer runden Backplatte gebacken. Die Fladenbrote sind der Vorrat für die nächsten Monate.
Abstract:
In Ål in the Hallingdal a farmer's wife bakes flatbrød in spring. The dough is prepared from barley, a little wheat and rye, grated cooked potatoes, full milk and water and rolled out into large thin flat cakes. These are baked on a round baking tray. They are the supply for the next few months.
