    Abstract: Eine Bäuerin aus Kizyusuflu bereitet einen ungesäuerten Teig aus einem Gemisch von Roggen- und Weizenmehl. Die flach ausgerollten Fladen bäckt sie auf einer Metallplatte, die durch Holzfeuer erhitzt wird. Vor dem Verzehr werden die Fladen angefeuchtet und gefaltet.
    Abstract: Here we see the baking of flat cakes without leavening, so-called "yufka". After kneading the dough, the peasant woman separates it into balls, which she rolls out to thin cakes. These are baked on a metal plate, heated by a wood-fire.

    Abstract: Die Schafe werden von der Weide zur Melkstelle getrieben und gemolken. Die frische Milch wird gefiltert und mit Lab versetzt. Aus der geronnenen Milch wird das Käsewasser mit Hilfe einer hölzernen Preßvorrichtung entfernt. Der Käse wird in Würfel geschnitten, in Salzwasser gelegt und anschließend in einem Blechkasten aufbewahrt.
    Abstract: The sheep, driven from the pasture to the milking place, are milked. The fresh milk is filtered and rennet is added. After coagualtion the water is squeezed out from the curds by a special press. The cheese thus obtained is cut into small squares, preserved in pickle, and stored up in a tin-box.
