Zwei Männer veranstalten ein großes Klanfest, da sie zwei neue Kanus fertiggestellt haben: Festvorbereitungen, Spielen von Schlitztrommeln und Flöten. Die Jugend des Dorfes tanzt vom Nachmittag bis zum Morgengrauen.
Abstract:
Two men organize a big clan ceremony for the consecration of two new canoes. Part of the feast preparation are the declamation of spells and the painting of a human face. During the ceremony men play long bamboo flutes and a slit gong. Men and women dance on the ceremonial ground in front of the men's house.
