Abstract:
Nach dem Vorstellen der verschiedenen Gagaku-Masken folgt der Auftritt eines Tänzers in der Genjoraku-Maske. Er stellt seine große Freude über eine Schlange dar, die er in seiner Nähe entdeckt.
Abstract:
At the beginning, some of the different gagaku masks are displayed. Then, a Genjoraku mask is put on by a dancer. The music and dance performance of Genjoraku follows. The solo dancer shows great joy upon discovery that a snake is near-by. The costume, mask as well as the dance itself show the Chinese and Japanese people considered the culture and the people of Central Asia.
