Abschneiden der Früchte mit Greif- und Haumessern, Einsammeln, Öffnen der Fruchthüllen mit Haumessern, Herauslesen der Samen, Herstellen eines Fermentbettes aus Bananenblättern und Inbetriebnahme, Transport der Bohnen in das Dorf, Trocknen, Einfüllen in Säcke, Kontrolle auf Gewicht und Qualität, Verkauf, Abtransport zum Hafen, Verladen. An der Arbeit nehmen Männer, Frauen und Kinder teil.
Abstract:
Cutting off the fruits with knives, gathering, opening with slashers, seed collection, transport of the cocoa beans into the village, drying, bagging, weight and quality control, selling, transport to the harbour, shipping. The work is done by men, women and children.
