Abstract:
In der Siedlung Tetua befreit eine Frau vollreife Kokosnüsse von ihrer Faserhülle und schlägt sie auf. Nach dem Raspeln des Samenfleisches preßt sie den Saft aus und siedet ihn in Kokosnußschalen auf kleinem Feuer, bis sich das Öl absetzt. Nach Sieben und nochmaligem Erhitzen reichert sie es mit Duftstoffen an.
Abstract:
A woman in the village of Tetua grates the meat taken from fully ripened coconuts and presses the milk out of it. The resulting mash is boiled over a fire in coconut shell halves until just the oil remains. The oil is purified, reheated, and enriched with an aromatic substance.
