Abstract:
An Akha, in full tribal dress and richly adorned with silver jewelry, performs a dance in which he executes stylized combat movements with the sword and scabbard he carries in his hands. With his feet, legs, knees, and hips he takes the postures which are customary in Akha male-dancing.
