Abstract:
Mit einem Knochenpfriem werden die Maiskolben aufgeschlitzt. Die Hüllblätter werden mit der Hand entfernt und die Kolben mit dem Entkörner entkörnt. Anschließend wird der Mais mit einer Handmühle gemahlen. Die Arbeiten werden von einem Ehepaar aus Huye Luang ausgeführt.
Abstract:
A bone bodkin is used to slit open maize-cobs, the spathes are taken off with the hand, and the grains are separated from the cob with a special tool. Finally the maize grains are grinding in a hand mill.
