Jeder Buschmann stimmt das Lamellophon eines anderen nach, wenn er damit spielen soll. Die Zungen werden verschoben, herausgezogen, hineingesteckt und zur Erhöhung ihrer Spannung nachgebogen. Kontrolle durch Gehörproben.
Abstract:
Because no Bushman is satisfied with the tuning and arrangement of the lamelli of another man's dongo, much time is taken up in this task. This is done by pulling out, pushing in, rearranging the lamelli or altering their tension by bending them. The film shows this procedure and gives the achieved tone.
