Quiché tanzen zu Marimba-Xylophon und Zylindertrommel Volkstänze und kirchliche Tanzschauspiele. Andere Spiele: "Baile de la Conquista", "Baile de los Gracejos" (mit dunklen Masken und Peitschen), Stierkampftanz. Im "Baile del Volador" fliegen zwei Indianer mit Seilen von einem hohen Kiefernpfahl. Aufgenommen mit 20-22 B/s.
Abstract:
Quiché indians dance folk dances and church dances accompanied by the marimba-xylophone and cylindrical drum. Other games: "Baile de la Conquista", "Baile de los Gracejos" (with dark masks and whips), bullfight dance. At "Baile del Volador" two indians fly with ropes from a tall pine pole. Recording speed 20-22 fps.
