Interkulturelle Herausforderungen werden in Theorie und Praxis häufig an nationale Zugehörigkeiten geknüpft. Anne Schreiter hinterfragt solche vereinfachten Erklärungsmodelle, indem sie Mitarbeiter_innen sowohl in deutschen Unternehmen in China als auch in chinesischen Unternehmen in Deutschland zu Wort kommen lässt.
