Abstract:
Emerging technology curation series aims to capture and share Korea experience and lessons learned in regard to exploration and adoption of emerging technologies like blockchain, AI, edge-computing, internet of things (IoT), 5G, et cetera Korea blockchain ecosystem is the first of the series and provides a short description of the blockchain technology and its potential for solving development challenges and key highlights of the Korea blockchain ecosystem. Blockchain is a decentralized technology, which facilitates collaboration and exchange of transactional data and information among and across different players, industries, sectors, and countries in a secure and transparent way.
