    Kurzfassung: The village headman Puyai Ying Seng Tao, who is regarded as an extra-ordinary gifted lyrical interpreter, presents one of his own compositions, a love song which, like other Miao songs of this kind, expresses great lyrical, in the course of which general festivity and courtship pleasures are a traditional part of the celebrations.

    Kurzfassung: Auf dem umzäunten Tanzplatz des Dorfes Doi Muse findet am zweiten Neujahrstag eine Tanzveranstaltung statt: Die Mädchen bilden mit Zweier-, Dreier-, Vierer- oder Fünferreihen einen inneren Kreis, während die Männer in einer Kette den äußeren Kreis bilden. Der Tanz wird abwechselnd von einem Mundorgel- oder einem Lautenspieler angeführt.
    Kurzfassung: The dance takes place on a fenced-in dance-floor in the centre of which is a slight rise. In rows of two, three, four or five, the girls form an inner circle whilst the men form a chain as the outer circle. The dance, in anti-clockwise direction, is led alternatively by a mouth-organ or lute player.

    Kurzfassung: Festlich gekleidete Mädchen und Männer aus Mae Tho tanzen um einen in die Erde gesteckten grünen Baum - die Mädchen in Zweierreihen in einem inneren Kreis, die Männer in einer Kette außen. Ein Mundorgel- und ein Lautenspieler führen abwechselnd den Tanz an.
    Kurzfassung: The dance is performed around a green tree stuck in the ground. The girls dance in a double-row in an inner circle, whilst the men form a chain as the outer circle. A reed organ player and a lute player take turns in leading the dance. The dance starts in a clockwise direction, changes then, and continues in an anti-clockwise direction up to the end.
