Soziale und gesundheitsbezogene Dienstleistungen unterliegen einem doppelten Innovationsdruck: Sie sind mit alternden Belegschaften zu erbringen; überdies beeinträchtigt die starke Ökonomisierung die Arbeitsbedingungen und die Attraktivität von Sozial- und Gesundheitsberufen.
