Abstract:
Abwechselnd heben vier Männer auf einem Friedhof für einen noch Lebenden eine zylindrische Grabkammer mit schlotartigem Einstiegsschacht aus. Jeweils einer von ihnen gräbt unten die Erde mit einem Spaten auf und reicht sie in einer Kalebasse nach oben. Nach Abschluß des Ausschachtens wird die Graböffnung mit einer Steinplatte abgedeckt und die ausgehobene Erde darübergehäuft.
Abstract:
On a cemetery four men alternately excavate a cylindrical grave chamber at the bottom of a funnel-shaped shaft for the burial of a still-living person. One at a time digs up the ground with a spade and passes the earth upwards in a gourd. Finally the opening of the grave is covered with a slab of stone and the removed earth is heaped on it.
