    Abstract: ほとんどの15歳の生徒が放課後の時間の一部を宿題に費やす一方で、2003年から2012年の間に宿題に費やされる時間は減少している。 社会経済的背景が高い生徒と、社会経済的背景が高い学校に通う生徒は、宿題に費やす時間がより長い傾向にある。 生徒に課された宿題の量は生徒と学校の間で数学的リテラシーの得点と関連がある一方で、学校システム全体の得点の決め手となるにはその他の要素がより重要となる。
