Abstract:
The book includes an investigation that aimed to identify the relationship between human talent management and organizational commitment in the collaborators of a municipality in Manantay, Ucayali, Peru. The research is based on the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. A sample of 40 workers from the Municipality of Manantay was taken, through a probabilistic sampling. The results detailed the qualifications between both study variables. A medium relationship was identified between the management of human talent and organizational commitment in the municipal collaborators analyzed, since the value of Rho=0.560 and the p-value= 0.000. It is concluded that both variables have a positive inverse relationship.
