Kurzfassung:
The work covers the existence, characteristics, and relevance of archaeological protection zones in Colombia. For this, it is composed of a structure with short texts that expose information of interest of each of the 24 protected areas and a visual component that allows, through photographs and images, to bring the public closer to the territory, the landscape, the archaeological findings and the work of archaeologists who over the decades have dedicated their efforts to unveil and protect the heritage of all Colombians. Each chapter is dedicated to a protected area with aspects such as location, possibilities of visit, the evidence of the past recovered in it, its antiquity, the protection work that has been carried out and the present and future remains for the conservation of the archaeological heritage in those areas
