Kurzfassung:
On the tiny islands of Sapudi and Madura in Eastern Java, racing bulls are fed a special diet of chillies, beer, honey, herbs and eggs and are sensuously massaged to keep them on top form. This is because racing bulls represent honour, masculinity and identity to the islanders whose young jockeys train with almost religious zeal for the annual contest.
