Nahrungskrisen, Hungerunruhen, ungerechter Welthandel, Lebensmittelskandale, Fastfood und Fettsucht - das Unbehagen in der globalen Esskultur wächst täglich und überall. Und immer mehr Menschen haben diese Verhältnisse offenbar satt. Harald Lemke beleuchtet zentrale Welt- und Selbstbezüge des Essens, die mit zeitgenössischen Fragen des Politischen in Verbindung stehen.
