Abstract:
For leaders and the groups they lead, doing a good job is often not enough to gain the visibility and recognition they deserve. What's needed is some self-promotion, carried out intentionally and strategically. Many leaders have a negative view of self-promotion, but there are ways for them—and their organizations—to benefit from it while still maintaining integrity and authenticity
