    Kurzfassung: History Teaching in the university context is a completely unexplored field of research in Italy and for a large part also in those countries that can boast more solid traditions of studies in this research area. This is caused by the shared idea that the academic context is always a guarantee of a high quality of teaching. This work reverses this thesis and therefore aims to deeply investigate the teaching and learning of History to understand its effectiveness; in other words, this means understand whether and how the university can lead students to the development of Historical Thinking, i.e. the most important of the educational objectives concerning History. Through the comparison between Italy and Spain (one of the most advanced country in this research area), the use of a large variety of sources (including specific surveys) and a wide recognition of the Didactics of History as a discipline (with reference to its most important debate on Historical Thinking), the result is a first attempt to identify and analyze the original characteristics and critical issues of History in the higher education system which focuses on the most relevant disciplinary traditions, practices and teaching tools, and also on the complex relationship of academic History with school, publishing industry and digital.

Tra i principali rischi al ribasso figurano la possibilità di un rallentamento più marcato del previsto in Cina e di un continuo rincaro dei prezzi del petrolio. Il rapporto intermedio afferma che la politica monetaria dovrebbe continuare a concentrarsi sul riallineamento dell'inflazione all'obiettivo e sottolinea la necessità di maggiori sforzi da parte dei governi per ripristinare i margini di bilancio e rispondere alle sfide future, compresa la transizione climatica. Occorre rilanciare gli sforzi di politica strutturale per rafforzare le prospettive, attribuendo priorità al rinvigorimento del commercio globale. La crescita globale è destinata a crescere moderatamente e l’inflazione a calare gradualmente. Tuttavia, i rischi al ribasso sono ancora predominanti. Il Rapporto intermedio sottolinea che la ripresa rimane fragile, caratterizzata da rischi fondamentali derivanti dalle incertezze relative alla guerra in Ucraina e agli sviluppi del mercato energetico, nonché da notevoli vulnerabilità finanziarie. Occorrono misure politiche ben strutturate per ridurre le pressioni inflazionistiche, garantire un migliore orientamento del sostegno alla politica di bilancio e rilanciare la crescita sostenibile. Il Rapporto intermedio fornisce un aggiornamento delle valutazioni riportate nell’edizione di novembre 2022 delle Prospettive economiche dell'OCSE (numero 112).

I governi possono contribuire a creare un ambiente che sostenga l'integrazione sociale e lavorativa delle persone con disabilità. Il presente rapporto esamina l'efficacia del sistema di protezione sociale per le persone con disabilità in Italia. Riassume inoltre i risultati di un progetto pilota condotto in quattro regioni per testare una valutazione alternativa della disabilità. L'attuale processo di valutazione può talvolta negare i servizi alle persone che hanno bisogno di sostegno, mentre è generoso con le persone con problemi di salute significativi ma che non presentano una disabilità grave. Una valutazione della disabilità che tenga conto degli aspetti medici e funzionali, aiuta a indirizzare i servizi e le risorse verso le persone più bisognose. Inoltre, aiuta ad armonizzare l'accesso alle prestazioni e ai servizi di disabilità in tutto il Paese. L'attuazione della riforma sulla disabilità si è rivelata difficile in Italia. Il presente rapporto offre evidenza del fatto che la riforma può migliorare le condizioni delle persone con disabilità.

    Kurzfassung: The European Axis policy remains largely unwritten. Little is known about the factors that united or divided the Fascist regime and the Nazi Reich regarding the post-war order. Furthermore, even less is known about the Italian plans for a fascist Europe, which wartime events soon relegated to the margins of Axis policy. This book reconstructs the debate on the new European order developed from the 1930s to the spring of 1943 by Fascist politicians, philosophers, writers, anthropologists, and geographers. The debate progressed alongside the evolution of the international framework and in parallel with the war. The diachronic examination of these projects, where distinctive elements of Fascist ideology were instrumentally entwined with Latin and Catholic tradition, allows us to recover the thread of relations between Italy and Germany and between Italy and the minor allies of the Axis. The very choice of words - Fascist Europe, Axis Europe, Catholic Europe or Europe of Nations - reflects a shift in the balance of power: from collaboration to competition, from fear to an attempt to regain prominence. In 1943, the idea of a Europe of nations with an explicitly anti-German intent was the final, unrealistic assertion toward a new order where Axis Europe was not just Nazi Europe

    Kurzfassung: L’impatto della guerra in Ucraina è chiaramente avvertibile nei Paesi OCSE, soprattutto nelle regioni di confine in prima linea nella gestione della crisi umanitaria dei rifugiati. Anche gli effetti sull’economia, specie quelli legati all’aumento dei prezzi dell’energia, si dispiegano in modo differenziato a livello territoriale, interessando alcune regioni più di altre. L’Italia non fa eccezione: i settori produttivi a elevato consumo di gas naturale sono per lo più concentrati nelle regioni settentrionali, mentre le aziende agricole e della produzione alimentare a base di grano sono relativamente più diffuse nelle regioni meridionali e insulari. Sebbene nel complesso la Russia rappresenti una quota minoritaria delle esportazioni italiane, alcuni territori e settori sono più esposti di altri a una diminuzione degli scambi bilaterali, come nel caso delle destinazioni più popolari tra i turisti russi ad elevata spesa pro capite.

Insieme agli effetti ancora persistenti della pandemia da COVID-19, il conflitto sta rallentando la crescita a un ritmo maggiore del previsto. L'inflazione si è intensificata e si è diffusa tra i Paesi e i beni di consumo. Il rischio di interruzioni nelle forniture di energia è aumentato. Il Rapporto intermedio fornisce un aggiornamento delle proiezioni figuranti nell'edizione del giugno 2022 delle Prospettive economiche dell'OCSE (numero 111).

    Kurzfassung: La monografia illustra il particolare aspetto che concerne il portamento, o habitus, delle drupacee ed è il risultato del lavoro di un gruppo di ricercatori esperti del settore, che hanno raccolto ed elaborato dati scientifici sulle principali specie di drupacee, per caratterizzare i principali tipi di albero. Ogni portamento, per ciascuna specie, è stato definito sulla base di dati oggettivi ottenuti su gruppi omogenei di cultivar ed in particolare su idonee cultivar di riferimento. Oltre alle illustrazioni grafiche dei singoli portamenti e ad un approccio comparato tra le diverse specie, sono fornite anche le definizioni dei termini specifici (glossario). Il testo si propone quindi, non solo di descrivere i principali portamenti presenti in alcune specie di fruttiferi, ma anche di contribuire all’individuazione e alla definizione delle chiavi morfologiche ai fini della loro caratterizzazione, oltre a fornire suggerimenti utili per il loro pratico sfruttamento

    Kurzfassung: La pubblicazione raccoglie gli esiti dei quattro Laboratori di Progettazione Architettonica e Urbana e Architettura degli Interni del Corso di Laurea Magistrale 5UE in Architettura del DiARC del Dipartimento di Architettura della Università di Napoli “Federico II”, che si sono svolti durante l’anno accademico 2020/2021. Le esercitazioni condotte dagli studenti sono localizzate sull’area del Vallone San Rocco, ricadente in un ambito urbanistico di PUA, e rivolte alla cura dello spazio domestico e urbano attraverso la sperimentazione di nuove forme dell’abitare collettivo, e una particolare attenzione all’integrazione culturale, sociale e generazionale. Il tema dello spazio dell’abitare è stato declinato attraverso l’elaborazione di diverse scale di progetto: dallo spazio interno privato a quello esterno semipubblico, per finire con lo spazio aperto collettivo, includendo anche quello agricolo e produttivo. Completano il volume numerosi saggi di docenti del Dipartimento di Architettura, architetti ed esperti a dimostrazione del carattere trasversale e centrale del tema trattato nell’ambito della ricerca architettonica contemporanea

    Kurzfassung: The essay aims to propose a double way of reading the urban context of Naples, addressing in the first part a chronological review of the events that accompanied its urban growth, from its foundation to the present, in order to synthesize the evolutionary characteristics that defined Naples as a "City ", in relationship with the political and administrative events that determined them and the social, economic and cultural repercussions that ensued. In the second part, the point of observation has been changed. Starting from the peculiarities of the Neapolitan "vicolo" (alley), considered as a "Paese" (Town), a fundamental element for urban life and vitality, the author studies its socio-behavioural, settlement, economic and cultural characteristics, considering the narrative testimony, the artistic representation and the cultural manifestations that have animated and still animate the transmission of memories. The research starts from the consideration that in the Neapolitan "vicolo", as in the whole city, even the foreigner is, after World War II, called "Paisano" (villager) as well as in post-revolutionary France every person was considered as a "Cittadino" (citizen)
    Kurzfassung: Il saggio ha inteso proporre un doppio tipo di lettura del contesto urbano di Napoli, affrontando nella prima parte una rassegna cronologica degli eventi che ne hanno accompagnato la crescita urbanistica, dalla sua fondazione al presente, puntando a sintetizzare i caratteri evolutivi del suo definirsi “Città” relazionati alle vicende politico amministrative che li hanno determinati ed alle ricadute sociali, economiche e culturali che ne sono derivate. Nella seconda parte si è cambiato punto di osservazione. Partendo dalla specificità del “vicolo” napoletano, inteso come “Paese”, elemento matriciale della vita e della vitalità urbana, se ne sono specificati i caratteri socio comportamentali, insediativi, economici e culturali, assumendo come fonte di privilegiata informazione la testimonianza narrativa, la rappresentazione artistica e le manifestazioni culturali che ne hanno animato e ne animano la trasmissione delle memorie. Si parte dalla considerazione che nel “vicolo” napoletano, come in tutta la città, anche il forestiero viene, nel secondo dopoguerra, appellato “Paisano” (paesano) come nella Francia postrivoluzionaria ogni individuo si fregiava dell’appellativo “Cittadino”

    Kurzfassung: La pubblicazione raccoglie gli esiti dei tre corsi di Laboratorio di Progettazione Architettonica del secondo anno del Corso di Laurea Triennale in Scienze dell’Architettura del DiARC_ Dipartimento di Architettura della Università di Napoli “Federico II” tenuti durante l’anno accademico 2020/21. I tre ateliers, che condividevano il tema e il luogo, hanno lavorato sulla città di Napoli e, in particolare, all’interno di una di quelle parti – la Pignasecca – che ne costituiscono il corpo compatto, confrontandosi con l’esistente e assumendolo come riferimento e misura per il progetto contemporaneo.     Kurzfassung: One of the main challenges in the healthcare sector in recent years has concerned the effort to ensure the healthcare sustainability in view of demographic change. Due to the progressive increasing of aging and chronic conditions, it is necessary to employ treatment methods with increasingly advanced and costly technological and care requirements that the Italian Health System has to deal with both from a health and economic standpoint. This critical issue also emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic, proving the need to reconsider the management of chronic conditions, which is still too focused on a specialist and/or hospital perspective, to make it more suitable for responding to patients' care issues while respecting available economic resources. In this regard, Outcome Research is of great interest as a research area based on Real World Evidences (RWE). Indeed, analyses of evidence produced in a Real-World context can confirm or not the value of political decision-making to improve governance and the quality of health-services provided. The aim of this work is to provide a detailed snapshot of the prevalence of chronic diseases and related comorbidities in Campania Region. At the same time, it also aims to be an effective knowledge tool for decision-makers involved in the planning of health policies and strategies
    Kurzfassung: Una delle sfide che ha maggiormente segnato il dibattito pubblico degli ultimi anni ha riguardato lo sforzo di salvaguardare la sostenibilità dell’assistenza sanitaria in relazione al cambiamento demografico. Il progressivo invecchiamento della popolazione, nonché la tendenziale cronicizzazione delle malattie, richiede l’impiego di metodiche di cura con requisiti tecnologici-assistenziali sempre più avanzati e costosi, che in Italia gravano e mettono in difficoltà, sia da un punto di vista sanitario sia economico, il Sistema Sanitario Nazionale. Tale criticità è emersa anche durante la pandemia da COVID-19, comprovando la necessità di ripensare al modello di gestione della cronicità, ancora troppo centrato su una prospettiva specialistica e/o ospedaliera, per renderlo più idoneo a rispondere alle problematiche assistenziali dei pazienti nel rispetto delle risorse economiche disponibili. A questo proposito, può risultare di grande interesse l’Outcome Research, intesa come area di ricerca che si avvale della Real World Evidence (RWE), poiché dalle analisi delle evidenze prodotte nel mondo reale è possibile confermare o meno la validità delle decisioni politiche attuate al fine di migliorare la governance e la qualità dei servizi erogati. Questo lavoro intende proporre una fotografia dettagliata della prevalenza delle patologie croniche, e delle relative comorbidità, in Regione Campania ma, nel contempo, vuole anche essere un efficace strumento di conoscenze a disposizione di quei decisori impegnati nella programmazione delle politiche e delle strategie sanitarie

The Laboratory has taken on a call for competition articulated in two phases with the subject of the design of a building with a strong public vocation, with the aim of subjecting the students to a design experimentation based on the simulation of a real participation in a design competition. The roofed market of San Giovanni di Dio in the Monteverde district in Rome, has been the theme of the year for the students, producing ten answers, in which the students have respected both the qualitative and quantitative indications and the number of elaborated required, keeping together the complexity of the architectural project and its executive and constructive aspects. The book is completed by contributions by Carmelo Baglivo, Lorenzo Netti, Valerio Palmieri and Efisio Pitzalis, followed by conclusions by Francesco Costanzo and Federica Visconti
    Kurzfassung: Il volume raccoglie gli esiti del Laboratorio di Sintesi Finale del corso di Laurea Magistrale in Progettazione Architettonica MAPA presso il DiARC Dipartimento di Architettura, strutturato attorno alla compartecipazione di due discipline, la composizione architettonica e urbana, affrontata nel corso tenuto dal professore Renato Capozzi, e la progettazione esecutiva, affidata alla professoressa Erminia Attaianese. Il Laboratorio ha assunto un bando di concorso articolato in due fasi con oggetto la progettazione di un edificio a forte vocazione pubblica, con l’obiettivo di sottoporre agli allievi una sperimentazione progettuale basata sulla simulazione di una reale partecipazione ad un bando di concorso.     Kurzfassung: Livio Odescalchi (1652–1713), nephew of Innocent XI, paid the price in his youth for the pope’s anti-nepotism policy, who chose to deny him any official position. During the same period, Livio had to submit to the oppressive control of his uncle, his testamentary guardian – an unhappy situation that, at the time, caused him to be considered a symbol of misfortune. In spite of this, the young man was able to lay the foundations for a strategy of economic and social ascent that would later bear fruit. After the death of Innocent XI, a period of compensation began, built on the accumulation of honours and possessions, financial investments, commissions and art trades, patronage, social celebrations, and international networks. This book, based on Roberto Fiorentini’s doctoral thesis (Aprilia 1987 – Washington 2019), examines both phases of Livio Odescalchi’s life, analysing them in the light of a considerable quantity of archival documents, some of which are completely unpublished
    Kurzfassung: Livio Odescalchi (1652–1713), nipote di Innocenzo XI, pagò in gioventù il prezzo della politica antinepotista del pontefice, il quale scelse di negargli ogni incarico ufficiale. Negli stessi anni, Livio dovette oltretutto sottostare al controllo opprimente dello zio, suo tutore testamentario – una condizione infelice al punto che, nella cultura del tempo, la sua figura venne notoriamente associata a simbolo di sventura. Nonostante ciò, il giovane seppe gettare le basi per una strategia di ascesa economico-sociale che avrebbe dato i suoi frutti in seguito. Morto Innocenzo XI, ebbe inizio infatti un periodo di riscatto, costruito sull’accumulo di onorificenze e possedimenti, investimenti finanziari, committenze e commerci d’arte, mecenatismo, feste mondane e reti internazionali. Il volume, frutto della tesi di dottorato di Roberto Fiorentini (Aprilia 1987–Washington 2019), prende in esame ambedue le fasi della vita di Livio Odescalchi, analizzandole alla luce di una notevole quantità di documenti d’archivio, una parte dei quali completamente inediti
    Kurzfassung: Livio Odescalchi (1652–1713), Neffe Innozenz’ XI., zahlte in seiner Jugend den Preis für die antinepotistische Politik des Papstes, der ihm jegliches offizielle Amt verweigerte. In denselben Jahren musste sich Livio der übermächtigen Kontrolle seines Onkels, der sein testamentarischer Vormund war, unterwerfen – eine so missliche Stellung, dass seine Person in der damaligen Kultur zu einem weitverbreiteten Symbol des Unglücks wurde. Trotzdem gelang es ihm, in jungen Jahren den Grundstein für eine Strategie des wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Aufstiegs zu legen, die später Früchte tragen sollte. Nach dem Tod Innozenz’ XI. begann eine Zeit der Kompensation durch die Anhäufung von Ehrungen und Besitztümern, finanzielle Investitionen, Aufträge und Kunsthandel, Mäzenatentum, Feste und internationale Netzwerke. Das Buch, das aus der Doktorarbeit von Roberto Fiorentini (Aprilia 1987 – Washington 2019) hervorgegangen ist, untersucht beide Lebensphasen Livio Odescalchis und analysiert sie anhand einer großen Anzahl von zum Teil noch unveröffentlichten Archivdokumenten

This should apply not only to children, on whom educational actions and research activities have already tried to focus for several decades. The future of reading aloud, if observed from the particular point of view of international research, seems to promise an intensification of surveys and a broadening of the field of educational application to school age in response to a greater awareness of the effects of reading exposure

    Kurzfassung: The promotion of greater diversity in the socio-demographic profile of the teaching population is the subject of an increasing international interest. However, the perspective of teachers with disabilities/specific learning disorders (SLDs) is still poorly investigated, especially in Italy. The entry of teachers with disabilities/SLDs into the teaching profession can represent a decisive step towards the development of increasingly higher levels of inclusion both in teacher training and in the school setting, also considering the benefits that teachers with disabilities/SLDs can bring in terms of inclusive values and practices. Although, the topic raises some dilemmas and tensions, elicited by the dual mandate of schools and universities, which are called to ensure the quality of: a) the educational offer; b) the professional profile of (student) teachers who (will) work in schools. At the same time, they need to grant (student) teachers the right to use accommodations during their educational and professional career. The volume presents a multi-perspective reflection on the subject, presenting ‒ in particular ‒ two systematic reviews on international research on the topic and an empirical study conducted within the Italian context. The latter investigated the facets underlying the inclusion of (student) teachers with disabilities/SLDs through a multi-method approach

    Kurzfassung: The persistence of a separation in work roles and tasks between men and women, which reproduces the partition between the private sphere, linked to the feminine, and the public sphere, unbalanced on the masculine, is particularly evident in the social, health and educational professions even in the most economically advanced countries, regardless of the welfare structures. Starting from the unequivocal evidence of the numerical prevalence of women in social work - a feature common to all the different conjugations in which the profession is expressed from State to State - the authors discuss the issue of gender in social work from different angles, offering the reader a rich plurality of themes, theoretical concepts and research approaches. National and international researches show the persistence of cultural matrices and gender stereotypes with regard to the division of labour, noticeable already during training, in the mentality of students and trainers, and often also in professionals themselves. The critical reflections of the authors are oriented towards the search for an antidote to the permanence of the status quo, and at the same time towards the development of an advanced mode of social intervention and gender-aware attention, both among professionals and with users and clients of the services. These research paths are offered as a contribution towards developments of a different kind in the multiple fronts of training (university education and lifelong learning), collective and mass media narration, research and reflexivity produced by the professional community of social workers themselves

Furthermore, the new book considers Eckhel's impact on contemporaries and later generations, with special regard to his role in the development of numismatic methodology in the Enlightenment and beyond
    Kurzfassung: Dieser reich illustrierte Band erforscht Leben und Werk des österreichischen Altertumswissenschaftlers Joseph Eckhel, der eine entscheidende Rolle in der Transformation der Numismatik zu einer modernen Forschungsdisziplin spielte. Er enthält 21 Aufsätze einer internationalen Gruppe von Spezialisten, die im interdisziplinären Dialog verschiedene Aspekte seiner Biographie und seiner Forschungstätigkeit beleuchten: unter anderem Eckhels jesuitische Wurzeln, seine wichtige Forschungsreise nach Italien 1773, seine Arbeit als Direktor der kaiserlichen Sammlung antiker Münzen und Professor für Numismatik an der Universität Wien (ab 1774), und besonders seine wichtigsten Werke über antike Münzen sowie Gemmen und Kameen, unter denen Eckhels achtbändige "Doctrina numorum veterum" (Wien, 1792-1798) als sein numismatisches Hauptwerk spezifische Beachtung genießt. Sia il settore pubblico che quello privato hanno investito miliardi di dollari in questi sforzi, accompagnati da livelli senza precedenti di cooperazione internazionale. Tuttavia, si prevede che la crisi economica in atto costringerà le aziende a ridurre drasticamente le spese per la ricerca e l'innovazione, mentre i governi, dovranno far fronte sia all’enorme debito pubblico che alle molteplici richieste di sostegno finanziario. Questi sviluppi potrebbero avere ripercussioni a lungo termine sui sistemi di innovazione, in un momento in cui la scienza e l'innovazione sono sempre più indispensabili per gestire l'emergenza climatica, raggiungere gli obiettivi di sviluppo sostenibile e accelerare la trasformazione digitale. I governi dovranno prendere alcune misure per salvaguardare i sistemi di innovazione nell’ambito dei loro pacchetti di stimolo e di ripresa, ma dovranno anche approfittarne per avviare le riforme necessarie. In particolare, le politiche in materia di scienza, tecnologia e innovazione (STI) dovrebbero essere orientate al sostegno di un programma più ambizioso di trasformazione del sistema che promuova una transizione ben gestita verso un futuro più sostenibile, equo e resiliente.

A questo fine, saranno necessarie una pianificazione e una preparazione migliore per assorbire l’impatto degli episodi di siccità e per la successiva ripresa, nonché una maggior efficacia in termini di adattamento e trasformazione a fronte di tali eventi. I recenti sviluppi positivi nel paese includono una migliore raccolta dei dati sull’approvvigionamento idrico e sui danni e le perdite subiti dall’agricoltura a causa di rischi naturali, i quali consentono maggiore consapevolezza nella gestione delle risorse idriche e nelle decisioni di investimento; un maggiore impegno verso politiche di prevenzione per la gestione dei rischi; e approcci più partecipativi alla gestione delle risorse idriche. Tuttavia il portafoglio delle politiche agricole al momento sottovaluta gli investimenti per la preparazione ad affrontare le emergenze e per l’adattamento a livello di azienda agricola, prediligendo strumenti che sono mirati ad assorbire gli impatti, come gli strumenti assicurativi. Ulteriori sforzi per sviluppare la resilienza del settore agricolo potrebbero trarre vantaggio da una strategia olistica di gestione dei rischi settoriali nel lungo periodo; una valutazione del bilanciamento tra le spese relative agli strumenti per l’assorbimento degli impatti, e gli investimenti per la misure volte a alla preparazione per la gestione delle catastrofi naturali e alla mitigazione degli impatti; e una considerazione più esplicita della demografia e delle capacità degli agricoltori nell’elaborazione delle politiche.

Attingendo da sette studi di caso - Cile, Italia, Giappone, Namibia, Nuova Zelanda, Turchia e Stati Uniti - questo rapporto congiunto OCSE-FAO propone un nuovo approccio per rafforzare la resilienza alle calamità legate a rischi naturali in agricoltura. Esplora le misure politiche, gli accordi di governance, le strategie aziendali e altre iniziative che i paesi stanno usando per rafforzare la resilienza agricola alle calamità legate a rischi naturali, evidenziando le buone pratiche emergenti. Offre raccomandazioni concrete su ciò che è necessario fare per passare da un approccio mirato ad assorbire gli impatti dei disastri, ad un approccio ex ante che si concentri sulla prevenzione e sulla mitigazione degli impatti dei disastri, aiutando il settore a essere meglio preparato a rispondere ad essi e ad adattarsi e trasformarsi per affrontare le calamità future.

La transizione verso un modello di telelavoro diffuso su vasta scala e su base permanente avrebbe profonde implicazioni per la geografia del lavoro a livello locale. Le PMI potrebbero essere meno attrezzate delle grandi imprese per affrontare tale cambiamento. Le politiche pubbliche possono assumere un ruolo cruciale nel trasformare il telelavoro in un'opportunità per tutti, e ridurre il rischio di un potenziale ampliamento delle disparità preesistenti tra persone, territori e aziende.

    Kurzfassung: Questo rapporto analizza la dimensione territoriale della produttività nelle cooperative italiane, segmento che esprime una quota relativamente ampia dell’occupazione nazionale. Le cooperative assolvono a un’importante funzione anticiclica nella creazione di occupazione durante le crisi. Dopo la pandemia, potrebbero contribuire in misura significativa a un riorientamento dell’economia verso modelli maggiormente improntati all’inclusività e allo sviluppo sostenibile. In futuro, un rafforzamento dei livelli di produttività potrebbe favorire le cooperative nel perseguimento delle loro finalità di natura economica e sociale. Nell’analizzare la produttività nelle cooperative italiane, questo rapporto adotta un approccio incentrato sulla dimensione territoriale, date le loro numerose interdipendenze con le comunità locali. Le evidenze emerse mettono in luce i fattori locali maggiormente correlati alla prevalenza e alla produttività delle cooperative tra le regioni, i settori economici e nelle diverse classi dimensionali d’impresa. Un confronto con le imprese italiane non cooperative, così come con le imprese spagnole, cooperative e non, consente di osservare come i livelli di produttività varino a livello territoriale e tra diversi tipi di imprese osservati. Questo rapporto utilizza l’approccio analitico sviluppato dallo Spatial Productivity Lab dell’OCSE.

Rappresenta un primo tentativo di analisi degli effetti della strategia italiana per le startup innovative a livello regionale, e segue la pubblicazione OCSE del 2018 “La Valutazione dello Startup Act Italiano”, che adottava una prospettiva nazionale. Il Trentino vanta la più alta densità di startup innovative sul totale delle nuove imprese presenti a livello locale rilevata tra le regioni italiane. Tuttavia, la propagazione delle startup a livello territoriale è avvenuta in modo disomogeneo, con una forte concentrazione nelle aree urbane. Inoltre, tra i fondatori delle startup trentine le donne e i giovani sono gruppi meno diffusi rispetto alla media nazionale. Il dinamismo delle startup, in particolare i tassi di crescita e di mortalità, l’adozione delle tecnologie emergenti e la propensione all’utilizzo degli incentivi nazionali sono altri aspetti al centro di questo studio, che si conclude con una serie di raccomandazioni a favore dei decisori politici basate sull’osservazione delle evidenze empiriche.

    Kurzfassung: A jewel of Renaissance short fiction, the progenitor of the Moorish tale and one of the greatest examples of literary "maurophilia", El Abencerraje y la hermosa Xarifa is a novella with an Italianate style, set on the fifteenth-century frontier between the Christian kingdoms and that of Granada: it tells a story of high moral content, tinged with stoicism and senechism: The young Moor Abindarráez, a member of the noble and unhappy Granada family of the Abencerrajes, goes to visit his beloved Xarifa to join her in marriage, but on the way he is captured by the famous castellan Rodrigo de Narváez, who, however, having heard his story, leaves him temporarily free to go and marry, binding him to the promise to return immediately afterwards to give himself up. From military virtue to moral virtue, a contest of generosity and loyalty cements the friendship between the Christian knight and the pair of noble Moors, showing the way to mutual recognition based on high human values. In the fifties and sixties of the sixteenth century this story was rewritten three times (by different authors), whose philological relations are extremely complex: the book discusses the main theories on this subject, proposing a new vision, hopefully less hypothetical than the others, of the interweaving of tradition and accompanies the study with a new edition, closer to the original mises en page, of all the sixteenth-century texts involved
    Kurzfassung: Gioiello della narrativa breve rinascimentale, capostipite del racconto moresco e uno dei maggiori esempî di “maurofilia” letteraria, El Abencerraje y la hermosa Xarifa è una novella di stile italianeggiante, ambientata sulla frontiera quattrocentesca tra i regni cristiani e quello di Granada: si racconta una vicenda di elevato tenore morale, venata di stoicismo e di senechismo: il giovane moro Abindarráez, appartenente alla nobile e infelice famiglia granadina degli Abencerrajes, va a trovare l’amata Xarifa per unirsi a lei in matrimonio, ma nel viaggio è catturato dal famoso castellano Rodrigo de Narváez, il quale però, udita la sua storia, lo lascia temporaneamente libero d’andare a sposarsi, vincolandolo alla promessa di tornare subito dopo a consegnarsi. Dalla virtus militare alla virtú morale, una gara di generosità e lealtà cementa l’amicizia fra il cavaliere cristiano e la coppia di nobili mori, mostrando la via del reciproco riconoscimento fondato su alti valori umani. Negli anni Cinquanta-Sessanta del XVI secolo questa vicenda ha conosciuto tre riscritture (d’autori diversi), le cui relazioni filologiche sono estremamente complesse: il libro discute le principali teorie al riguardo, proponendo una nuova visione, si spera meno ipotetica delle altre, degl’intrecci della tradizione e accompagna lo studio con una nuova edizione, piú vicina alle mises en page originali, di tutti i testi cinquecenteschi coinvolti

    Kurzfassung: "Nicole Oresme was one of the most original and influential thinkers of the fourteenth century. He is best known for his mathematical discoveries, his economic theories, as well as his vernacular translations of cosmological and ethical texts that were undertaken at the request of King Charles V. This volume sheds light on the beginning of Oresme's scientific activity at the University of Paris (ca. 1340 - ca. 1350), a period of his intellectual career about which little is known. Over the course of this decade, Oresme lectured on many Aristotelian texts on natural philosophy, such as the Physics, On the Heavens, On generation and corruption, Meteorology, and On the Soul. Oresme's commentaries on Aristotle's Meteorology count among his only unpublished texts. This volume presents the first critical edition of books I-II.10 of the second redaction of Oresme's Questions on Meteorology. The edition is preceded by a historical and philological introduction that discusses the context of Oresme's scientific career and examines the manuscript tradition"--

    Kurzfassung: Dieser Open Access Band bietet sowohl deutsch- als auch italienischsprachige Beiträge zu wesentlichen Bereichen des gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes und des Urheberrechts aus der Sicht des deutschen, italienischen und österreichischen Rechts sowie zum TRIPS-Abkommen samt einem Blick auf das vorläufig in Kraft getretene Handelsabkommen zwischen Kanada und der Europäischen Union (CETA). Ein Schwerpunkt ist Schadenersatzansprüchen aus der Verletzung von Immaterialgüterrechten gewidmet, wobei die bei grenzüberschreitenden Sachverhalten auftretenden Fragen der internationalen Gerichtszuständigkeit und des Kollisionsrechts speziell behandelt werden. Darüber hinaus werden Bezüge zum italienischen Verfassungsrecht sowie zum europäischen Wettbewerbsrecht hergestellt und auch wirtschaftsstrafrechtliche Aspekte angesprochen. Schließlich wird ein Ausblick auf die zukünftige Entwicklung des internationalen Immaterialgüterrechts in der Europäischen Union gegeben. Ausgangspunkt für das Buch bildete der vom Internationalen Forum für Wirtschaftsrecht getragene 1. Bozner Wirtschaftsrechtstag, bei dem besonderes Augenmerk auf die Berührung des deutschsprachigen Rechts- und Wirtschaftsraumes mit dem italienischen gelegt wird.

    Kurzfassung: The book examines the private palaces in the Duchy of Milan during the Sforza era, designed and built between Ludovico il Moro's seizure of power in 1480 and the first quarter of the following century. The result is a catalogue of examples that are essential for understanding the development of the typology and the emergence of a new housing model capable of including, among its functions, that of representing, by fixing it in a building, the social, political and cultural role of the client. Extensive chapters are devoted to the individual palazzi, which we can recognise - in the famous expression of Pietro Aretino - as "modernly ancient and antiquely modern". These chapters analyse them from various perspectives and lead to the identification of an innovative line in Lombard art, not only through examples in Milan, but also with precise verifications in Pavia, Piacenza, Lodi, Cremona, Crema and Vigevano, in parallel with what was happening in Florence or Venice, in Mantua or Ferrara and finally, at a slightly later date, in Rome. Through the analysis of the general advancement of architectural culture as a whole and of the interconnections between building sites, craftsmen and linguistic inventions, the range of architectures considered widens considerably to include some crucial religious buildings and, subsequently, several Roman palaces, where the descent of the "Lombards" - from Bramante from Urbino, by then integrated in Milanese cultural circles, to Bramantino and Cristoforo Solari - paved the way for decisive and critically inescapable exchanges

    Kurzfassung: This volume aims to offer an effective and comprehensive summary of the data on consumption and expenditure of drugs dispensed by the Regional Health Service (SSR) of Campania region under health care agreements during the year 2019. By using information supplied by a database covering a population of about six million inhabitants, a correlation has been drawn between the prevalence of diseases in the area and the corresponding use of drugs, suggesting at the same time useful interpretations of the main factors influencing the variability in prescriptions. A thorough analysis was then conducted on the prescribing profiles of the main therapeutic categories, particularly focused on polypharmacy regimens in the over-65s, gender differences in medication use, and medication use profiles in patients with COVID-19. A detailed overview of medication use in terms of expenditure, volume and type within the region has thus been created, which aims to be a monitoring tool to support decision-makers, useful both for the planning of public health interventions, and for the identification of potential areas of improvement in these contexts
    Kurzfassung: Questo volume intende offrire una sintesi efficace ed esaustiva dei dati relativi ai consumi e alla spesa dei farmaci erogati a carico del Servizio Sanitario Regionale (SSR) della Campania in regime di assistenza convenzionata per l’anno 2019. Sulla base delle informazioni fornite da una banca dati che copre una popolazione assistibile di circa sei milioni di abitanti rappresentativa del 10% circa della popolazione nazionale, è stata tracciata una correlazione tra la prevalenza delle patologie presenti nel territorio e il corrispondente utilizzo dei farmaci, suggerendo al contempo valide interpretazioni sui principali fattori che influenzano la variabilità nelle prescrizioni. È stata inoltre dedicata un’accurata analisi ai profili prescrittivi delle principali categorie terapeutiche, con particolare attenzione ai regimi di politerapia negli over 65, alle differenze di genere nell’utilizzo dei farmaci e ai profili di utilizzo dei farmaci nei pazienti con COVID-19. È stata così realizzata una dettagliata panoramica sull’uso dei farmaci in termini di spesa, volumi e tipologia all’interno dell’ambito territoriale, che vuole candidarsi quale strumento di monitoraggio a supporto dei decisori, utile sia per la pianificazione di interventi di sanità pubblica, sia per l’identificazione di potenziali aree di miglioramento

Dall’Inghilterra, dove la passione orticola ha una sua storia ben documentata, le donne protagoniste nella storia del giardino si sono spinte verso l’America, l’Australia, la Nuova Zelanda, l'Asia, superando i confini del nostro vecchio mondo ma portando sempre con sé le loro radici, ripiantate in terre lontane.     Kurzfassung: Adria nasce come emporio e almeno dal tardo Arcaismo assume la fisionomia di una città etrusca per cultura e per lingua. Gli scavi condotti in città per oltre due secoli hanno restituito una ricca documentazione epigrafica che conta 212 iscrizioni etrusche e centinaia di graffiti. Nel panorama degli studi su Adria, il ruolo dell’epigrafia appare così assai rilevante. Rilevanza confermata nel quadro dell’Etruria padana, dove il nucleo adriese è al secondo posto per quantità dopo quello di Spina, e compete anche con alcune fra le più importanti città dell’Etruria propria. Ma l’aspetto forse più importante risiede nella continuità, dato che le attestazioni più antiche risalgono al VI sec. a.C. e le più recenti a cavallo di II e I sec. a.C., restituendo così lo spaccato di una comunità sopravvissuta al crollo del sistema padano nel IV sec. a.C. Questa ricca documentazione è confluita nell’edizione del Corpus Inscriptionum Etruscarum, IV, I, 1. Non consentendo la prassi redazionale dell’opera approfondimenti critici, si è ritenuto opportuno offrire a corredo del fascicolo un testo di analisi epigrafica delle iscrizioni etrusche, valorizzando l’insieme delle informazioni che il singolo oggetto iscritto porta con sé, dunque non solo il testo, ma anche il supporto e il contesto di rinvenimento, essenziali per una soddisfacente interpretazione. Le iscrizioni sono dunque fondamentali per uno studio complessivo e diacronico dell’Adria preromana, in quanto grazie a queste è possibile avviare una riflessione sulla società e sulle pratiche che questa adottava nel confrontarsi con il sacro e con la morte

    Kurzfassung: An educational and interdisciplinary comparison on a territory such as Castel Volturno represents, for the students in the last year of the Master’s Program in Architecture 5UE, an important state of awareness, both from a design and professional point of view, and in the development of a particular sensitivity towards some places. The publication collects the results of the work carried out during the 2018-2019 academic year, highlighting the powerful laboratory character that the survey area required. The structure of the book reflects, in fact, the experimental work carried out, starting with the exploration of some preliminary themes and methods, examined in the section “Essays”; continuing through the study of the “transepts” and the interaction with the people who inhabit these places; finally, working on assembling and defining a “synthesis” of data and investigations through the design proposals, described in the section “Projects”. Proposals not intended as definitive outcomes and in conclusive terms, but as a set of inputs, discoveries, revelations and, therefore, continuously subjected to updating and mutation. Scenarios of new possible meanings and new transformations are, therefore, the result of this work, composed of different levels of analysis linked to the multiple layers of “sensitivity” towards the places and to the design experimentation, deepened in relation to all levels, details, aspects that are connected to it
    Kurzfassung: Un confronto didattico e interdisciplinare su un territorio come Castel Volturno rappresenta, per gli studenti all’ultimo anno del corso di studi in Architettura 5UE, una presa di coscienza importante, sia dal punto di vista progettuale e professionale, che nello sviluppo di una particolare sensibilità nei confronti di alcuni luoghi. La pubblicazione raccoglie gli esiti del lavoro svolto nell’arco dell’anno accademico 2018-2019, ponendo in evidenza il carattere fortemente laboratoriale che il territorio di indagine ha richiesto. La struttura del libro rispecchia, infatti, il lavoro sperimentale svolto, a partire dall’esplorazione di alcuni temi e metodi preliminari, esaminati nella sezione “Saggi”; proseguendo attraverso lo studio dei “transetti” e l’interazione con le persone che abitano questi luoghi; lavorando, infine, alla messa a sistema e ad una “sintesi” delle informazioni e delle indagini effettuate nelle proposte progettuali, descritte nella sezione “Progetti”. Proposte progettuali non intese come esiti definitivi e in termini conclusivi, ma come insieme di input, scoperte, rivelazioni e, pertanto, continuamente sottoposte ad aggiornamento e mutazione. Queste tematiche globali sono state approfondite nel Seminario internazionale “La biblioteca scolastica e le sue figure professionali: concetti in trasformazione”, organizzato dal Dipartimento di Scienze della Formazione dell’Università degli Studi Roma Tre e dall’IFLA School Libraries Section Standing Committee con AIB, Biblioteche di Roma, Forum del Libro, IASL, IBBY Italia e la collaborazione di MLOL Scuola e OCLC, svoltosi virtualmente il 2 aprile 2020. Le quattro sessioni hanno inteso offrire esiti di ricerca, riflessioni teoriche ed esperienze pratiche per aiutare quanti sono impegnati a vario titolo nello sviluppo delle biblioteche scolastiche a generare nuove idee e, allo stesso momento, a favorire l’innalzamento della qualità dei servizi e delle attività sia in presenza sia a distanza. In una società in cui la mercificazione e la datificazione si associano alla sorveglianza e quest’ultima diventa pervasiva si moltiplicano le minacce alla persona nelle sue dimensioni individuale e collettiva. In gioco è la tenuta delle società democratiche. In che misura il diritto civile (il diritto dei privati) può contribuire a contrastare o ad assecondare queste minacce? Alcune risposte parziali dovrebbero emergere nella parte quarta del libro

    Kurzfassung: All’interno del Parco Archeologico di Venosa, in provincia di Potenza, domina una grande croce scoperta, emblema del non-finito medievale: l’Incompiuta, parte dell’abbazia della SS. Trinità. Attraverso le vicende storiche che l’hanno vista protagonista, la presente ricerca analizza il rapporto della chiesa con la colonia romana Venusia e, successivamente, con la città medievale. Tale approccio ha consentito di conoscere il contesto storico, sociale, urbanistico e tecnologico in cui l'Incompiuta si inseriva, come basi per una attendibile lettura morfologica e architettonica del manufatto. Il rilievo dell’abbaziale mediante tecniche di fotogrammetria digitale ha fornito un modello tridimensionale dettagliato, indispensabile per la conoscenza dello stato di fatto dell'organismo architettonico, connotato da un elevato grado di fragilità. Le ipotesi ricostruttive sono state supportate e validate dal rapporto costante con il digital twin derivato dal rilievo e dalle analogie con altre chiese franco-benedettine coeve, e hanno lo scopo di valorizzare l’ambizioso progetto architettonico non ultimato. La predisposizione inoltre di contenuti digitali in realtà aumentata e realtà virtuale per la comunicazione dell’architettura e dei suoi paramenti decorativi hanno infine lo scopo di sperimentare un nuovo livello di fruizione, basato sull’immersività nelle spazialità ricostruite e sull’interazione con le forme architettoniche e scultoree attraverso gli elementi digitali immessi nello spazio fisico mediante la realtà aumentata

    Kurzfassung: Il volume descrive obiettivi, strategie e azioni di ViDaCS (Padri nei panni di un figlio/a), il progetto (numero 810449) iscritto nel programma europeo REC (Diritti, Eguaglianza e Cittadinanza 2014-2020). Il sottotitolo, Un momento prima, pone l’attenzione su un protocollo innovativo per il controllo delle emozioni da parte di padri autori di violenza domestica. Esso risponde alla finalità di prevenire e contrastare la violenza di genere attraverso il “trattamento degli autori”, al fine di prevenire tale comportamento e la sua reiterazione. Il volume scaturisce da un'esperienza collettiva, volta a presentare il modello ecologico VidaCS insieme a interventi di formazione e di trattamento degli autori di violenza; è un'esperienza vissuta nei panni del bambino/a che assiste alla violenza del padre, proponendo scene domestiche alternative in cui il padre possa fermarsi un attimo prima di compierla. Peculiarità del volume è proporre all’autore di violenza la autoregolamentazione delle emozioni sottostanti ai suoi comportamenti attraverso un gioco immersivo con tecnologie 4.0

Hence,effective and efficient strategies are required to reduce their exposure and vulnerability in order to prevent potential harmful damage to the population. Cities in climate sensitive zones would pay a high price, just like those bordering the Mediterranean, which are the focus of this work. This volume is structured in four parts. In the first, the cultural, political and scientific frame of the theme of climate change is presented, through an excursus of the negotiations, agreements and scientific advances that have divided the opinion of researchers, citizens and policymakers. The second section deals with the theme of risk theories and their application to the governance of urban and territorial transformations. The third presents a focus on the Mediterranean and the network of cities located along its coasts. In the last part, the extreme climatic events that have the highest probability of occurring for the Mediterranean area are explored
    Kurzfassung: Le città dell’intero pianeta sono seriamente minacciate dagli impatti del cambiamento climatico, e strategie efficaci ed efficienti a ridurne la loro esposizione e vulnerabilità per prevenire potenziali danni alla popolazione sono richieste. Le città in zone climatiche sensibili pagherebbero un conto molto salato, proprio come quelle che si affacciano sul Mediterraneo, che sono il focus del saggio. Questo lavoro si struttura in quattro parti. Nella prima, è presentato il frame culturale, politico e scientifico del tema del cambiamento climatico, attraverso un excursus dei negoziati, degli accordi e degli avanzamenti scientifici che hanno diviso l’opinione di ricercatori, cittadini e policy-makers. La seconda parte affronta il tema delle teorie del rischio e della loro applicazione al governo delle trasformazioni urbane e territoriali. Nella terza è presentato un focus al Mediterraneo e alla rete di città insediate lungo le sue coste. Nell’ultima parte si approfondiscono gli eventi climatici estremi che presentano le più alte probabilità di verificarsi per l’area oggetto di studio

    Kurzfassung: The present work was born with a twofold objective: to go deeper into the knowledge of an urban landmark and, at the same time, to outline a future scenario aligned to its value, starting from a proper recovery of the multiform and valuable architecture that compose it. The deepening arises from the need to study multiple actions and themes: to examine the background project of the Mostra d'Oltremare identified in the new studies, not only in the city debate on a suitable space for exhibitions to be preferably located to the west, but also in authorial preliminary solutions, until now unknown, which have conditioned the final conformation; to highlight the specificity of the single elements of the complex, the survived and the disappeared ones, without limiting the study to the best known and most celebrated cases, but also to the less investigated and difficult to interpret ones, without neglecting the open spaces and the green areas; to deepen also those architectures that cannot be interpreted in the line of modernity but equally emblematic of that phase, therefore worthy of preservation; not limiting attention to the heroic, albeit debatable, phase of the first foundation, but analyzing with the same acumen the subsequent ones, starting with the problematic reconstruction and redefinition of the post-war period; not stopping at the systematic reconnaissance of indirect sources that have not been investigated until now - from the many archives, not only on a city but also on a national scale, to the newspapers and the press of the time - but questioning the same material consistency of the buildings with a scientific method; finally, not focusing only on the past and on the history of the Exhibition and of the single architectures, but projecting it into the future by identifying the best strategies of recovery, restoration and preservation
    Kurzfassung: Il presente lavoro nasce con un duplice obiettivo: andare più a fondo nella conoscenza di un caposaldo urbano e al tempo stesso contribuire a delineare per esso uno scenario futuro adeguato al suo valore, a partire da un corretto recupero delle multiformi e pregiate architetture che lo compongono. La necessità di approfondimento ha riguardato azioni e temi plurimi: esaminare il retroterra del progetto della Mostra d’Oltremare, individuato nei nuovi studi non soltanto nel dibattito cittadino su un adeguato spazio per le esposizioni da collocarsi preferibilmente ad occidente, ma anche in interessanti e autoriali soluzioni preliminari, finora sconosciute, che hanno condizionato la conformazione definitiva; mettere in luce la specificità dei singoli elementi del complesso, sopravvissuti o scomparsi, senza limitarsi ai casi più noti e celebrati, ma anche a quelli meno indagati e più difficili da interpretare, senza trascurare gli spazi aperti e il verde; approfondire anche quelle architetture non interpretabili nella linea della modernità, e tuttavia ugualmente emblematiche di quella fase, per cui meritevoli di conservazione; non limitare l’attenzione alla fase eroica, ancorché discutibile, della prima fondazione, ma analizzare con la medesima acribia anche quelle successive, a partire dalla problematica ricostruzione e risignificazione del Dopoguerra; non arrestarsi alla pur vasta ricognizione sistematica di fonti indirette finora non indagate – dai tanti archivi, a scala non solo cittadina ma nazionale, ai quotidiani e alla stampa coeva – ma interrogare con metodo scientifico le stesse consistenze materiali degli edifici; infine, non direzionare lo sguardo solo sul passato e sulla storia della Mostra e delle singole architetture, ma proiettarlo sul futuro individuando le migliori strategie di recupero, restauro e conservazione

The ageing cities have recently taken on the connotation of an absolute emergency due to the upward trends in the elderly population in industrialized cities. The issue, extremely significant both in the scientific debate and in national and international operational practice, is one of the challenges/opportunities to rethink/redesign cities, with a view to improving the quality of life of the elderly. The research group consists of young researchers, under the guidance of Carmela Gargiulo, who belong to the TemaLab Laboratory of the Department of Civil, Building and Environmental Engineering (DICEA) of the University of Naples Federico II
    Kurzfassung: Il volume raccoglie le conclusioni di un lavoro di ricerca che costituisce il naturale quanto autonomo sviluppo dei risultati del progetto MOBILAGE – Mobility and ageing: daily life and welfare supportive networks at the neighborhood level, finanziato nel biennio 2018-2020 da Fondazione Cariplo (Gant N° 2017-0942) e concluso nel giugno 2020. La questione ageing cities negli ultimi tempi ha assunto la connotazione di vera e propria emergenza soprattutto in ragione dei trend di crescita della popolazione anziana nelle città industrializzate. Il tema, di estrema rilevanza sia nel dibattito scientifico che nella prassi operativa nazionale e internazionale, si configura come una delle sfide/opportunità per ripensare/ridisegnare le città migliorando la qualità di vita degli anziani. Il gruppo di ricerca impegnato in questo lavoro, sotto la guida di Carmela Gargiulo, è costituito da giovani ricercatori che afferiscono al laboratorio TeMALab del Dipartimento di Ingegneria Civile, Edile e Ambientale (DICEA) dell’Università di Napoli Federico II

For the main part the volume implies some of the stronger interests belonged to Enrico Flores: Epicureanism, Ennius, Lucretius, De Saussure, Africa, the war. Ten years after his retirement, the miscellaneous volume comes to the light in order to be one more symbol of friendship and truthful respect

Racchiude saggi su diversi argomenti, tratti dalla letteratura greca (Eschilo, Eupoli, Euripide, Epicuro), da vari generi di prosa (Cicerone, Floro, Seneca, Tacito, Apuleio, Gellio) e poesia latina (Virgilio, Orazio, Ovidio, Giovenale), dalla letteratura moderna e contemporanea (Dante, Giovanni Pontano, Giordano Bruno, Italo Svevo, Enea Silvio Piccolomini), spaziando tra indagini di carattere linguistico, esegetico, filosofico e storico. In buona parte la raccolta muove da alcuni tra gli interessi più vivi disseminati nelle pagine e nei discorsi del maestro Flores: Epicuro, Ennio, Lucrezio, De Saussure, l’Africa, la guerra.     Kurzfassung: For centuries the Most Serene Republic of Venice and the Ottoman State danced between war and peace, between the desire for expansion and domination and mutual commercial and diplomatic needs. The book covers 120 years of history, including the rise and fall of two political and military realities that characterised the 15th and 16th centuries, but it does so above all "through the eyes" of the protagonists and those contemporary with the events. The "image of the Turk" is therefore conveyed mainly through the use of primary sources (often still unexplored or rarely published) and embraces many aspects: not only conflicts and battle narratives, but also cultural, religious, economic and artistic aspects. The book touches on the different fields of interaction between Westerners, especially Venetians, and Ottomans, analysing the elements of contrast, but also of proximity and mutual fusion and influence, in an attempt to reconstruct events and atmospheres around these two great states, structuring History as a compelling and unpredictable novel
    Kurzfassung: La Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia e lo Stato Ottomano hanno per secoli danzato tra guerra e pace, tra volontà di espansione e dominio e vicendevoli necessità commerciali e diplomatiche. L’opera abbraccia 120 anni di storia, tra ascese e declini di due realtà politiche e militari caratterizzanti il XV e XVI secolo, facendolo però soprattutto “con gli occhi” dei protagonisti e dei contemporanei agli eventi. L’“immagine del Turco” è pertanto trasmessa soprattutto tramite l’utilizzo di fonti primarie (spesso ancora inesplorate o raramente edite) e abbraccia molti aspetti: non solo conflitti e narrati di battaglie, ma anche aspetti culturali, religiosi, economici ed artistici. Il libro tocca i diversi campi delle interazioni tra occidentali, specialmente veneziani, e ottomani, analizzando gli elementi di contrasto, ma anche di vicinanza e di reciproca fusione ed influenza, nel tentativo di ricostruire eventi e atmosfere attorno a questi due grandi Stati, strutturando la Storia come un avvincente ed imprevedibile romanzo

    Kurzfassung: Come sono mutate le fasi di transizione alla vita adulta e, in particolare, la relazione tra scelte lavorative, familiari e riproduttive delle generazioni nate in Italia dal secondo dopoguerra ad oggi? In che modo le trasformazioni del mercato del lavoro hanno influenzato i comportamenti di donne e uomini nella sfera familiare nel volgere delle generazioni? Quale ruolo hanno avuto i cambiamenti nella partecipazione al mercato del lavoro, i processi di flessibilizzazione e precarizzazione delle carriere lavorative, gli incrementati livelli di incertezza occupazionale ed economica sul mutamento delle scelte familiari e riproduttive? In che modo incertezza e instabilità lavorative hanno inciso sui comportamenti familiari delle diverse generazioni? Le conseguenze sono le stesse per uomini e donne? Per rispondere a queste domande, il volume ripercorre e analizza come le trasformazioni nella partecipazione al mercato del lavoro, il cambiamento delle condizioni di lavoro, la diffusione di situazioni lavorative instabili, insicure e precarie abbiano influenzato e mutato i tempi e i modi di formazione di nuove famiglie tra le generazioni di donne e uomini nate in Italia dagli anni Cinquanta agli inizi degli anni Ottanta. Queste generazioni sono state le protagoniste di consistenti trasformazioni in termini di istruzione e nelle dinamiche di integrazione nel mercato del lavoro, sperimentando quote crescenti e sempre più differenziate di incertezza occupazionale ed economica, in una situazione di lenta trasformazione se non inerzia dei sistemi di protezione sociale e familiare.     Kurzfassung: Questo libro nasce da un corposo sondaggio sottoposto ad un gruppo di studenti della facoltà di giurisprudenza dell’università di Trento. Il sondaggio aveva ad oggetto diversi temi: futuro, università, didattica, docenti, studenti, scelte personali, etica, comunità. Partendo dai risultati del sondaggio, si cerca di comprendere non solo quale sia l’opinione, e prima ancora il “sentire” degli studenti, ma anche cosa possa essere rivisto nell’ambito del mondo accademico, con particolare riguardo ai suoi principi e valori, alle relazioni interpersonali, ed agli obiettivi dell’insegnamento.     Kurzfassung: One of the main requirements for well-functioning cities, and for their sustainability is that they have secure streets and public spaces. This circumstance is reaffirmed by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), in particular SDG 11 by which the creation of secure, as well as inclusive, resilient and sustainable cities is promoted. Security in the city is hindered everyday by the occurrence of predatory crimes or incivility episodes that affect the perception of insecurity raising fear. The growing demand for security that citizens ask for requires a new perspective with respect to the approaches that have been adopted so far to deal with this problem. The objective of making the city safer cannot be pursued exclusively through control or repressive actions or with occasional and generalised social interventions. It is necessary to address the issue in a multidisciplinary and multi-level perspective, following an integrated approach that incorporates considerations, abilities, strategies and actions of an urban planning, architectural, social, criminological, legal and political nature. This collection is an opportunity to reflect, in a more careful way, on a particularly complex issue, integrating different knowledge and points of view that can guide Urban Planning towards the preparation of specific actions, possibly to be included in the Municipal Urban Plan, for the adaptation, over time, of urban spaces to security criteria
    Kurzfassung: Uno dei principali requisiti per il buon funzionamento delle città, e per la loro sostenibilità, è che esse siano dotate di strade e spazi pubblici sicuri. Tale circostanza è ribadita dagli obiettivi di sviluppo sostenibile dell’Agenda 2030, in particolare dal Goal 11 con il quale si promuove la creazione di città sicure, oltre che inclusive, resilienti e sostenibili. La sicurezza in città è ostacolata quotidianamente dal verificarsi di reati predatori o episodi di inciviltà che condizionano la percezione di insicurezza innalzando la paura. La crescente domanda di sicurezza avanzata dai cittadini impone un cambio di prospettiva rispetto agli approcci sino ad ora adottati per far fronte a tale problematica. L’obiettivo di rendere la città più sicura non può essere perseguito esclusivamente con azioni di controllo o di tipo repressivo o con sporadici e generalizzati interventi di matrice sociale. È necessario affrontare la problematica in una prospettiva multidisciplinare e multilivello, seguendo un approccio integrato che inglobi in sé considerazioni, competenze, strategie ed azioni di natura urbanistica, architettonica, sociologica, criminologica, giuridica e politica. Alla luce di quanto osservato, la raccolta si configura come occasione per riflettere, in maniera più attenta, su una tematica di particolare complessità, integrando saperi e punti di vista differenti che possano guidare l’urbanistica verso la predisposizione di azioni specifiche, eventualmente da poter contemplare nel Piano Urbanistico Comunale, per l’adeguamento, nel tempo, degli spazi urbani a criteri di sicurezza

    Kurzfassung: Questo libro raccoglie quarantacinque contributi di studenti ed ex studenti della facoltà di giurisprudenza dell’università di Trento, cui è stato dato un unico “faro”, quello del titolo: “L’università che vorremmo”. In modo personale ognuno di loro ha affrontato un tema che aveva a cuore. I contenuti sono poi stati organizzati in sei sezioni: “Università e valori”; “Comunità”; “Università e crescita”; “Studenti”; “Università e transizioni”; “Relazioni”. Leggerlo può dare uno spaccato dell’università esistente e dell’università che potrebbe esistere, visto dagli occhi di chi la vive o l’ha vissuta, mostrando sia conferme che aspettative tradite ed individuando i problemi più “sentiti”. Leggerlo, d’altra parte, può anche mostrare come l’università debba recuperare spontaneità e curiosità, consultando in modo libero le persone che la frequentano. Processi al maestro Amedeo Landi is the result of the discovery of unpublished documentation on the trials - only partly known - against the abacus master Amedeo Landi, who taught the Milanese merchants at the Broletto. This is an exceptional case not only because only one witness to the activity of the Milanese inquisitorial court in the Middle Ages (whose documentation has been entirely lost) was known until now, but also because of the role of the ecclesiastical court and its officials. The wealth of information and themes has prompted a team effort by the professors of the Department of Historical Studies to clarify the many aspects (political, religious, economic, documentary) of an event that shows the vitality of 15th-century Milan, in which the protagonist, the teacher Amedeo Landi, in an attempt to protect his students, clashes with the most important preacher of his time, Brother Bernardino of Siena, whose canonisation process is temporarily blocked precisely to shed light on the Milanese episode
    Kurzfassung: Il volume Contro Bernardino. Processi al maestro Amedeo Landi nasce dal ritrovamento di documentazione inedita riguardo ai processi – solo in parte noti – contro il maestro d’abaco Amedeo Landi che insegnava ai mercanti milanesi presso il Broletto. Si tratta di un caso eccezionale non solo perché finora si conosceva un solo testimone dell’attività del tribunale inquisitoriale milanese nel medioevo (la cui documentazione è andata interamente perduta), ma anche per il ruolo del tribunale ecclesiastico e dei suoi funzionari. La ricchezza delle informazioni e dei temi ha suggerito un lavoro d’équipe dei docenti del Dipartimento di studi storici per chiarire i molteplici aspetti (politici, religiosi, economici, documentari) di una vicenda che mostra la vitalità della Milano quattrocentesca, in cui il protagonista, il maestro Amedeo Landi, nel tentativo di tutelare i suoi studenti si scontra con il più importante predicatore del suo tempo, frate Bernardino da Siena, il cui processo di canonizzazione viene momentaneamente bloccato proprio per fare luce sull’episodio milanese
