    Abstract: Le Comité d’aide au développement (CAD) de l’OCDE mène tous les cinq à six ans un examen par les pairs qui passe en revue les efforts de coopération pour le développement de chacun de ses membres. Ces examens visent à améliorer la qualité et l’efficacité de leur coopération, en mettant en évidence les bonnes pratiques et en recommandant des améliorations. Membre du CAD depuis 2013, la Pologne a aligné son Programme pluriannuel 2021-2030 sur l'Agenda 2030, sous la direction du ministère des Affaires étrangères (MAE). En s'appuyant sur les recommandations formulées lors du premier examen par les pairs de la Pologne en 2017, celui-ci identifie les moyens pour le système polonais de coopération au développement de travailler de façon plus efficace, de mieux programmer l'APD bilatérale et de renforcer ses partenariats multilatéraux et avec la société civile. Il recommande de passer d’un système d’appels à propositions annuels à un modèle de partenariats plus durable, de renforcer la capacité du MAE à se coordonner avec les acteurs des pays partenaires et de mieux aligner l'engagement international de la Pologne avec ses engagements en faveur du développement durable.

    Abstract: This reprint contains articles published as part of the Special Issue of "Sustainable Tourism: Ways to Counteract the Negative Effects of Overtourism at Tourist Attractions and Destinations" in the journal Sustainability in the "Tourism, Culture, and Heritage" section. It contains 13 articles presenting research on various aspects of overtourism: the attitudes of city dwellers towards overtourism, e.g., Krakow and Wrocław; the effects of tourism development in regions of natural value, e.g., the Tatra National Park; and areas adjacent to tourist routes. It looked at night-time tourism and the sharing economy, as well as how business models can be used to manage sustainable tourism. The phenomenon of overtourism in Tunisia, Brazil, and South Korea is described. The articles published in 2020 are very popular.     Abstract: This is the first monographic study of the reception of Herman Hugo's emblematic book 'Pia desideria' (1624) in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. It discusses ten different translations and adaptations, showing how the engravings, elegies and exegetical extracts of the original volume were used by Polish-speaking authors (a little space is also devoted to the painting reception of the engravings). The author examines too the reasons for the phenomenon of the volume's popularity, proving that it was determined by the interest of women who did not know Latin, who constituted the most important target group for these numerous and varied Polish adaptations.00Also available in Open Access (thanks to the support of the Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznan)

    Abstract: As much as scholars of Baltic Studies always claim independence for the languages and literature it involves, it is evident that the Baltic and Slavic languages and literature have been and still are in latent contact and exchange. The historical processes had led to interwoven but distinct cultural spheres `on the border.' Our interdisciplinary collection of essays follows several borderlines: Teresa Dalecka (University of Vilnius) discusses the Polish literature in Lithuania since 1990 and the environment that created it. Stephan Kessler (University of Greifswald) sketches a framework of narration and applies it to a story written by Maks Fraj who lives in Lithuania but is from Odessa by origin. Anna Stankeviča, Inna Dvorecka, and Jekaterina Gusakova (each from the University of Daugavpils) give an overview of Latvia's Russophone book market and analyse Vadim Vernik's formula fiction. Sergei Kruk (Stradiņš University in Rīga) discusses the Latvian concept of linguistic integration that roots in the romantic notions of social homogeneity and language as being a shibboleth for successful integration. Nicole Nau (University of Poznań) highlights four techniques for the integration of Slavic verbs and verbal derivational affixes into Latgalian, based on material from the 19th to the 21st century. Anastasija Kostiučenko (University of Greifswald), investigates how the concept of hybridity can be used to describe and better understand the language area and identity issues in Southeast Lithuania

Die vorliegende Pilotstudie beschäftigt sich aufgrund dieser Fokussierung mit dem Spirituellen Tourismus in Klostergärten.     Abstract: Katarina Šrimpf Vendramin v monografiji Zgodbe in prostor raziskuje in predstavlja ustno izročilo zgornjega Obsotelja, ki leži ob slovensko-hrvaški meji. V prvem delu prikaže historiat zbiranja in objavljanja pripovednega izročila, v drugem pa predstavi sodobno terensko gradivo in analizo besedil, teksture in konteksta. Raziskava izpostavlja vlogo in pomen slovstvene folklore v družbenem in kulturnem življenju obravnavanega območja.     Abstract: L'ethnologue jesuite Germain Lemieux (1914-2008) refait le chemin qui l'a mene de sa Gaspesie natale, contree maritime, au pays des mines de Sudbury. À travers son temoignage, recueilli par l'auteur pour la radio en 1995 et livre sur le ton de la confidence, l'octogenaire soupese les aleas d'une carriere entreprise un demi-siecle plus tôt. Il balise son recit d'elements inedits, notamment sur ses origines et sa formation, qui eclairent les dessous de l'oeuvre et revelent les traits de sa personnalite. Volontaire, il a su tracer sa voie et developper une expertise originale en depit de moyens limites et des contraintes de son etat. Ce document à l'allure intime constitue une source feconde, autant pour la comprehension de l'Ontario français et de son histoire au XX e siecle que pour l'institution du patrimoine oral que l'ethnologie a incarnee presque seul avant les annees 1980. En faisant le bilan de son activite incomparable, Germain Lemieux y mêle un peu de son testament intellectuel

    Abstract: La révolution technologique qui a marqué les dernières décennies du XXe siècle a entraîné une forte augmentation de la demande de facultés de traitement de l’information et d’autres compétences cognitives et interpersonnelles sur le marché du travail. Sur la base des résultats des 33 pays et régions ayant participé aux deux premières vagues de l'Enquête sur les compétences des adultes en 2011-12 et 2014-15, ce rapport décrit les compétences dans trois domaines de traitement de l'information et examine comment les compétences sont liées au marché du travail et aux résultats sociaux. Il décrit notamment les résultats des six pays ayant participé à la troisième vague du premier cycle du PIAAC en 2017-18 (Équateur, États-Unis, Hongrie, Kazakhstan, Mexique et Pérou). L’Évaluation des compétences des adultes, un produit du Programme de l’OCDE pour l’évaluation internationale des compétences des adultes (PIAAC), a été conçue pour montrer dans quelle mesure les individus possèdent certaines de ces facultés et compétences clés et comment ils les utilisent dans le cadre professionnel et dans la vie privée. Cette enquête, la première du genre, évalue directement le niveau de compétence dans trois domaines du traitement de l’information : la littératie, la numératie et la résolution de problèmes.

    Abstract: Ce rapport est une édition spéciale du Tableau de bord de l’OCDE sur le financement des PME et des entrepreneurs, publication phare de l’OCDE. Il examine en détail les conséquences du COVID-19 sur l’accès des PME au financement, ainsi que les mesures prises en conséquence par les pouvoirs publics. Il apparaît qu’avant la crise, les conditions de financement étaient globalement favorables pour les PME et les entrepreneurs, qui bénéficiaient de faibles taux d’intérêt, de critères accommodants d’octroi des crédits et d’une offre de plus en plus diversifiée d’instruments de financement. Mais la crise du COVID‑19 a profondément bouleversé l’accès des PME au financement. Plus particulièrement, l’effondrement brutal du chiffre d’affaires des entreprises a provoqué de graves pénuries de liquidités qui ont mis en danger la survie de bon nombre d’entreprises viables. Ce rapport fait état d’une augmentation de la demande de prêts bancaires au cours du premier semestre de 2020, et d’une stabilité de l’offre de crédit grâce à l’action des pouvoirs publics. Parallèlement, on a observé un recul d’autres sources de financement, en particulier l’apport de fonds propres au stade du démarrage. Le rapport réunit des données sur le périmètre et l’ampleur des mesures prises par les gouvernements dans le monde, et en précise les principales caractéristiques. Il décrit les principaux enjeux stratégiques du financement des PME qui se poseront au cours des prochaines phases de la pandémie ; il s’agira en effet d’éviter le surendettement des PME, de promouvoir une gamme diversifiée d’instruments de financement, de stimuler la création d’entreprises et de renforcer la résilience des PME par des mesures structurelles.

    Abstract: The book provides an empirically based analysis of changes on how various political and denominational actors seek to influence the Church and state relationship, as well as how we understand the idea of the secular state. A set of case studies shows how and why changes in the coverage of the secular state and Church-state relations have followed the dynamics of media logic. By establishing a grounded theory based on media content, legal regulations and political party programs in the years 1989–2015 as well as a current survey, the author throws new light on the theory of mediatization. The book demonstrates that the disseminated idea of the secular state is largely a result of the adaptation of both political and religious representatives to a dynamically changing media logic.     Abstract: Niniejszy cykl publikacji przedstawia wyniki kompleksowych przeglądów polityk rozwoju obszarów wiejskich w poszczególnych państwach oraz ustalenia zawarte w sprawozdaniach analitycznych poświęconych różnym aspektom polityk wobec obszarów wiejskich. Na przestrzeni ostatnich lat w Polsce nastąpił imponujący rozwój; mimo to, różnice między poszczególnymi regionami pod kątem osiąganych przez nie wyników gospodarczych i społecznych pozostają duże w świetle standardów OECD. Ogólne warunki życia w społecznościach wiejskich są zasadniczo niższe niż warunki życia w społecznościach miejskich a wiejskie gospodarstwa domowe są bardziej narażone na ubóstwo. W niniejszym badaniu przeprowadzono analizę szeregu polityk wywierających wpływ na rozwój obszarów wiejskich w Polsce. Zawarto w nim zalecenia dotyczące sposobu zwiększania wydajności rolnictwa, wspierania dywersyfikacji gospodarczej, zacieśniania współpracy między gminami oraz pogłębiania decentralizacji i usprawniania wielopoziomowego zarządzania.

Son amour du peuple ? son premier nom de plume était Demófilo (l`ami du peuple) ? imprègne également sa démarche méthodologique. Son outil emblématique est la constitution de cartes topographiques traditionnelles qui présentent, à ses yeux, un double avantage : rechercher dans la mémoire traditionnelle les sources d`une histoire plus démocratique, mettre en relation territoire et histoire afin de faire émerger la diversité culturelle territoriale, entendue comme source de cohésion et de régénération. Son ambition fédératrice se traduit aussi sur le front européen, puisqu`il propose à ses condisciples Giuseppe Pitrè, Teófilo Braga et Paul Sébillot le projet de fonder une confédération des sociétés folkloriques des pays latins, envisagée comme contrepoids progressiste et démocratique à la conception de la discipline des Britanniques.Cet ouvrage replace ainsi l`homme, sa trajectoire intellectuelle et son modèle folklorique populaire et idéaliste, tant dans l`histoire culturelle de l`Espagne du XIXe que dans l`histoire des savoirs ethnographiques en Europe."

    Abstract: Agenda na rzecz zrównoważonego rozwoju 2030 przyjęta przez światowych przywódców w ramach Organizacji Narodów Zjednoczonych w dniu 25 września 2015 r. wyznacza ambitny plan działania służący poprawie życia ludzi na całym świecie. W dniu 14 lutego 2017 r. Rząd RP przyjął Strategię na rzecz odpowiedzialnego rozwoju, w której przewidziano ponad 700 działań ukierunkowanych na zwiększenie dochodu obywateli Polski oraz wzmocnienie społecznej, gospodarczej, środowiskowej i terytorialnej spójności kraju. Przyjmując Strategię na rzecz odpowiedzialnego rozwoju, Polska wykonała pierwszy ważny krok w stronę zmierzenia się z tymi wyzwaniami. Osiągnięcie celów zrównoważonego rozwoju będzie jednak długim procesem z wieloma przeszkodami, podczas którego Polska będzie musiała regularnie dostosowywać swoje strategie, plany działania i środki polityki oraz aktualizować zobowiązania wszystkich interesariuszy. Wymiana doświadczeń z innymi państwami, służąca ustaleniu sprawdzających się i niesprawdzających się rozwiązań, może pomóc Polsce w pomyślnej realizacji tego procesu.
