    Abstract: This book addresses the topic of entrepreneurial succession in the family business.     Abstract: In questo volume si affronta il tema della successione imprenditoriale nell'impresa familiare. Si tratta di un passaggio fondamentale, spesso decisivo per la sopravvivenza di questo particolare tipo di imprese, peraltro molto diffuso nel contesto economico italiano ed europeo. Emerge dunque con forza l'importanza di un'adeguata pianificazione e conoscenza delle alternative strategiche ed operative ideali a realizzarla. Dopo una ricognizione delle peculiarità delle imprese familiari, vengono affrontate le problematiche tipiche dell'apertura della compagine sociale e della procedura successoria, in un'ottica imprenditoriale. Vengono quindi analizzati alcuni strumenti di pianificazione successoria e le principali operazioni ritenute utili al processo successorio-imprenditoriale

The analysis of several major international retailers demonstrates the emergence of a successful business model which, albeit in some respects idiosyncratic and difficult to transfer, represents an innovative stimulus for companies in the sector that want to redefine their competitiveness in the face of the altered market conditions. The focus on the Florentine companies delineates the ways in which the local manufacturers intercept the purchasing channels of major retail, creating a mediated form of sales on the international markets

La metodologia Sei Sigma permette di affrontare il problema studiando in modo analitico e statistico sia i pagamenti che le aziende devono ricevere, sia le possibili condizioni di finanziamento, proponendo delle soluzioni per ottimizzare questi processi e migliorare la performance finanziaria di una PMI.
