The third volume in a series of three focuses on myth in everyday organizational life. The mythical narratives presented in this volume serve as metaphors of an organizational issue that can take inspiration from or be better understood through the myth to reveal an archetypal dimension of organizing and organizations, Myth typically brings to mind something not true, a false belief or erroneous idea - or else tales of the spiritual domain. As the second volume in a series of three, Mythical Inspirations for Organizational Realities looks at myths as part and parcel of our everyday organizational lives, and reflects on uses of mythology as allegories or metaphors where the plot or theme lies in the tales' focus.
