Abstract: La salud digital ha transformado la atención médica y la medicina en las últimas décadas, ganando impulso durante la pandemia de COVID-19. En teoría, la salud digital puede cambiar las reglas del juego debido a su potencial para hacer que los diagnósticos y las terapias sean más precisos y personalizados, mientras que la atención médica se vuelve más accesible y asequible para los pacientes. La salud digital nos dirige al tema de los Derechos Humanos, donde las discusiones sobre la salud como derecho humano giran en torno al derecho a la salud. A pesar de los cambios revolucionarios que la salud digital aporta a la salud, aún se requiere discutirlo como un tema del derecho a la salud. En este artículo, esbozo una respuesta a la pregunta de si el concepto de derecho a la salud debería abarcar la salud digital. Mi argumento principal es que la salud digital puede enmarcarse como un debate sobre el derecho a la salud siempre que se enfatice en dos ideas principales: la salud como un derecho colectivo y la salud como garantía de otros derechos. ; spa

Abstract: Digital Health has transformed healthcare and medicine itself in the last few decades, gaining momentum during the COVID-19 pandemic. Theoretically, Digital Health can be a game changer due to its potential to make diagnosis and therapies more accurate and personalized, while healthcare delivery becomes more accessible and affordable for patients. Digital Health bring us to the topic of Human Rights, where discussions on health as a human right revolve around the Right to Health. Despite the groundbreaking changes that Digital Health is bringing to health, it still needs to be discussed as a Right to Health issue. In this paper, I outline an answer to the question of whether the concept of Right to Health should embrace Digital Health. My main argument is that Digital Health can be framed as a Right to Health discussion as long as it brings back two main ideas: health as a collective right, and health as the assurance of other rights. ; eng

Abstract: El destino final del cadáver de un perpetrador de derechos humanos constituye un desafío incómodo para las sociedades que han sufrido la crueldad de sus actos. En este artículo analizamos el caso del líder de Sendero Luminoso, Abimael Guzmán, cuya muerte en el año 2021 provocó un inédito debate público en el Perú sobre qué hacer con su cuerpo. Al respecto, nos preguntamos ¿qué aspectos significativos revela esta controversia sobre las memorias del conflicto armado interno en el Perú (1980-2000)? y, ¿qué rol juega la figura de ‘el perpetrador’ en estas memorias? En una primera parte, a través de una revisión de fuentes periodísticas, reconstruimos la trayectoria y el desenlace de este debate con el objetivo de identificar las posiciones detrás de los discursos que dominan esta polémica y, asimismo, indagar en la imagen que se construye de Abimael Guzmán como el principal cabecilla de una organización subversiva. En una segunda parte, proponemos un análisis centrado en la problemática del culto a figuras controversiales fallecidas vinculadas a pasados violentos y traumáticos en el imaginario social. De esta manera, buscamos contribuir a los estudios de perpetradores con la finalidad de acercarnos a una sociedad en (pos)conflicto que sigue afectada por el legado de la violencia. ; spa

Abstract: The final destination of the corpse of a human rights perpetrator is an uncomfortable challenge for societies that have suffered the cruelty of his actions. In this article we analyse the case of the leader of Sendero Luminoso, Abimael Guzmán, whose death in 2021 provoked an unprecedented public debate in Peru about what to do with his corpse. In this context, we analyse which significant aspects this controversy reveals about the memories of the internal armed conflict in Peru (1980-2000), and which role the figure of ‘the perpetrator’ plays in these memories. In the first part, by examining journalistic content, we reconstruct the trajectory and outcome of the debate, with the aim of identifying the positions behind the discourses that dominate the controversy, and also to investigate the image constructed of Abimael Guzmán as the main leader of a subversive organisation. In the second part, we propose an analysis focused on the problem of the cult about controversial figures after their death, linked to violent and traumatic pasts in the social imaginary. In this way, we seek to contribute to perpetrator studies, with the aim of approaching a (post)conflict society that continues to be affected by the legacy of violence. ; eng
