Abstract:
Anissa Norman legt dar, wie die Situation von Eltern mit Migrationshintergrund im Kontext der stationären Kinder- und Jugendhilfe aussieht, welche speziellen Bedingungen, Ressourcen und Erwartungen alle Parteien mitbringen. Anhand von Interviews werden Sichtweisen und Einstellungen aufgedeckt und analysiert, um herauszuarbeiten, wie eine interkulturelle Elternarbeit sinnvoll gestaltet werden kann. Hierbei werden deutliche Diskrepanzen zwischen dem Wunsch nach interkultureller Sozialer Arbeit und Wirklichkeit aufgezeigt. In der zweiten Auflage wird die Aktualität auf Basis der neuesten Zahlen zu Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund in Deutschland und in der Jugendhilfe verdeutlicht.
