About the authors
Yanzhong Wang is currently researcher and the director of the institute of Ethnology and Anthropology, CASS. He mainly studies on labor and social security, social and economic development theory and policy, ethnic theory, and development of ethnic areas. His main representative works include China Social Security Development Report, Social Science Academic Press, China Labor Union Security Issues Research, Economic & Management Publishing House, etc.
Sai Ding, doctor of economics, master supervisor in Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The main research fields are development economics and labor economics, and the main research directions are labor mobility and income distribution of minority nationalities in Western China. Major works is Monograph "Research on the Transfer of Rural Ethnic Minority Labor Forces in Western China- Based on Rural Micro-data in Ethnic Areas", China Social Science Press, etc.Bibliographic Information
