The Zauli is a festive dance of masks during which ten or more masks appear one after the other. They demonstrate the Guro's great skill in dancing by their playing together with the rhythms of a drum ensemble. With the white flybrushes which the dancer holds in either hand he demonstrates to the drummers the way in which he intends to dance. The masks are of a modern style, vividly coloured, and with little figures carved on top.
