About the editors

Hani El-Chaarani is an associate professor at the Faculty of Business Administration of Beirut Arab University, Lebanon. He also leads the International Business and Economic Research Academy (IBERA). He was awarded his Ph.D. in business administration from the University of Bordeaux-IV (France), M.Sc. in business administration from the IAE-Bordeaux (France) and M.Sc. in finance and accounting from the Lebanese University. He published about 70 scientific works in journals and international conferences. He is a reviewer and an editorial board member for several journals. His research interests include financial behavior, corporate governance, small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) performance, blockchain and big data management.


Sam El Nemar is an associate professor at the Faculty of Business of AZM University. He was awarded his bachelor’s degree in retail management and master’s degree in business administration from Victoria University, Australia and his Ph.D.in business administration from the University of Nicosia, Cyprus. He has published over 30 scientific works in journals, books and conferences. He actively peer-reviews papers for journals and books. He has been awarded multiple awards such as the Emerald Insight Award for writing and reviewing papers. His research interests include consumer behaviour, strategic marketing, entrepreneurship, small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) performance, blockchain and big data management.


Ibtihaj El Dandachi is a Ph.D. student and a researcher at the University of Nicosia, Cyprus. She has her master’s degree in teaching English. She works as a curriculum specialist and designs standards-based learning materials. Her research work focuses on the use of disruptive technologies in education and the management of educational change in schools and universities.


Zouhour EL-ABIAD is a researcher at ESA-ÉCOLE SUPÉRIEURE DES AFFAIRES. She was awarded her Ph.D. in business sciences from IAE- Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I). She is the author of more than 20 publications, mainly in the domain of family business, corporate and behavioral finance.
