Commemorative edition of the 100th anniversary of the first archaeological investigations of the San Agustin culture in 1913 by celebrated archaeologist Konrad Theodor Preuss who explored and studied the stone statues from San Agustin and other Macizo Colombiano sites for the next six years (World War I keep him in Colombia). He carefully reproduced and documented his findings of the Pre-Columbian monumental sculptures and ancient ceramics and other items from the valley of San Agustn in his book "Monumentale Vorgeschichtliche Kunst". This reference book was published in Spanish in Colombia in 1931 and re-edited in 1974
