This book aims to present an overview of government procurement of public services in China. It introduces three types of government procurement of public service and analyzes the legal boundaries, legal subjects, purchasing methods, regulation and legal remedy system around it.     Xiang Xiansheng

About the author

Dr. Xiang Xiansheng is a research fellow at the National Governance Institute of Peking University. He is also an adjunct professor at Huaqiao University. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the School of Government, Peking University. His research interests include interdisciplinary jurisprudence and modernization of governance capacity. His academic papers have been published in top journals such as "Chinese Administration" and "Legal Science." He is also the host of many national, provincial and ministerial research projects.
