Kurzfassung:
On constate trois actions ethniques formées, naturellement différents les unes des autres, après la révolution islamique en Iran. Troisième action, apparue après les événements régionaux en Afghanistan et en Iraq, s'était orientée vers le changement des structures politiques de l'Iran. Cette action était influencée par la privation étendue et imposée par un gouvernement centraliste et despotique. En conséquence, on bute sur une question primordiale: quelle sera la future orientation du mouvement ethnique en Iran? La nature la question posée par cette étude, amène a employer une méthode synthétique de recherche. A ces trois approches sont associées les méthodes: historique, qualitative et quantitative. On a considéré tous les membres des groupes ethniques turc, kurde, loure, arabe, baloutche et turkmène en Iran, en les divisant en quatre groupes: Les acteurs principaux, des activistes, les membres pacifistes du mouvement ethnique et des couches bases, pour lesquels les acteurs et les activistes ne sont pas disponibles. Cette recherche a profité d'un modèle d'analyse multifactoriel. Ces facteurs ont été classifiés par trois couples de concepts contradictoires: centre-périphérie, despotisme-démocratie et nationalisme officiel -nationalisme ethnique qui sont fondé sur une structure identitaire. On n'a en déduit que leur manière paradoxale d'envisager le rôle des femmes et l'individualisme, conduit à une incapacité du mouvement ethnique à établir et à institutionnaliser une liberté fondée sur le droit de l'individu. Il nous semble que ce mouvement s'orient plutôt vers une démocratie en suivant d'autres mouvement sociaux, en essayant d'atteindre un réseau communicatif dans le mouvement ethnique en Iran
Kurzfassung:
There are three actions ethnic actions naturally formed different from each other, after the Islamic Revolution in Iran. Third action, focused on political structural changes, arised after the territorial events in Afghanistan and Iraq. This action was influenced by the extent and imposed deprivation by a central and despotic government. Therefore we stumble on a fundamental question: What is the future direction of the ethnic movement in Iran? The nature of the question raised by this study, have lead us to use a synthetic method of research. These three approaches have considered in this method: historical, qualitative and quantitative. Considering the ethnic groups: Turk, Kurd, Lour, Arab, Balootch and Turkmen, this study focused on developing the ethnic action among four groups: actors, activists, pacifists and low social layers, for which the actors and activists are not available. This research has benefited from a multifactorial analysis mode. These factors were classified by three pairs of contradictory concepts: Center-Periphery, Democracy-Despotism and Official nationalism-Ethnic nationalism: which are based on an identical structure. Paradoxical way of considering the role of women and of individualism lead this movement to an inability of institutionalizing a liberty based on individual rights. In spite of this, in seems that this movement is moving more toward a democracy along with other social movements, trying to reach a common network in the ethnic movement in Iran
