    Abstract: Financial inclusion has become an important global agenda and priority for policymakers and regulators in many countries for sustainable long-term economic growth. This book provides a brief guideline about the financial inclusion and the role of banking system on it which help the banks as well as regulator to select an effective banking structure and efficient composition of different factors to best utilization of their devoted resources in the context of a developing economy. It also provides an understanding regarding the loopholes of the present financial inclusion system. This book is important for policymakers to frame suitable policies and programs to accelerate the pace of financial inclusion and to create a win-win situation. This book would help regulator along with other financial intermediaries to redesign financial strategic framework for achieving long term vision of financial inclusion drive i.e. inclusive growth. Sudarshan Maity is presently Deputy Director in the Directorate of Examination, The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has over 19 years of administrative experience in various industries. Tarak Nath Sahu is presently Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce, Vidyasagar University, Midnapore, West Bengal, India.
