Abstract:
Catalogue of archaeological pieces made with feathers from the cultures: Wari, Paracas, Nasca, Chimú and Inca, a large part dated in the Chimú period c. 900 to 1470 AC. The pieces are made with exotic feathers from macaws, parrots, toucans, cotingas and tanagers, from the tropical forests of Amazon and were used by the elite class mostly from the Pre-Hispanic Andes and Peruvian coast.
