Dobre prakse predstavljajo naslednje vrste kulinaričnih izkušenj: mreže turističnih ciljev, ki se posvečajo hrani ali kulinaričnim produktom~storitve, povezane s prehrambnimi izdelki~profesionalne aktivnosti, povezane s hrano, ki so poudarjene v turistični dejavnosti~kulinarični dogodki in posebni turistični cilji, posvečeni hrani ali kulinaričnim produktom. Katalog pojasnjuje, kako kulinarične izkušnje delujejo, kdo je vključen in kakšne so sestavine za uspeh.     Abstract: Whenever anyone mentions Ireland, the first things that leap to mind are the rolling green landscape, picturesque castles, and cheerful Irish people hanging out in pubs, listening to good music and drinking Guinness. These are typical scenes from various movies set on the "emerald isle," as the poet William Drennan poetically called it. Ireland has a long and complicated history. Until the end of the Middle Ages, it was characterized by Celtic culture, Viking raids, and the Norman invasion, and the entire Modern Age was marked by the dispute between the British and the Irish over control of the island-and many bloody conflicts between the two. It was only in the twentieth century that the situation calmed down to some extent, and the island was divided into the independent Republic of Ireland and British Northern Ireland
    Abstract: Ob omembi Irske se nam v misli prikradejo valovita zelena pokrajina, slikoviti gradovi in dobrovoljni Irci, ki se zbirajo v pubih ob dobri glasbi in pitju guinnessa. To so prizori, ki jih poznamo iz neštetih filmov, posnetih na »smaragdnem otoku«, kot je Irsko poetično poimenoval pesnik William Drennan. Dežela ima dolgo in zapleteno zgodovino. Keltska kultura, plenjenje Vikingov in vdor Normanov je zaznamovalo obdobje do konca srednjega veka, celotni novi vek pa spor med Britanci in Irci za prevlado na otoku in številna medsebojna krvava obračunavanja. Šele dvajseto stoletje je prineslo delno umiritev razmer z delitvijo otoka na neodvisno Republiko Irsko in britansko Severno Irsko. Republika Irska je izkoristila prednosti vstopa v Evropsko unijo in se postopoma iz ene najrevnejših držav prelevila v razvito. Oprijelo se jo je ime keltski tiger. Ta je začel vidno pešati sočasno z nastopom gospodarske krize. Irska je bila prisiljena zaprositi za mednarodno finančno pomoč in sprejeti stroge varčevalne ukrepe. Kljub temu je mnogo razlogov za optimizem. Mednje spada tudi povečanje obiska na otoku, kar Irsko uvrša med pomembnejše evropske turistične destinacije

    Abstract: Monografija obravnava lastnike gozdov v Sloveniji, ki jih je skoraj pol milijona. Kar 89 % zasebnih lastnikov ima v lasti manj kot 5 ha gozda oziroma skupaj 40 % vseh gozdnih zemljišč. Stroka jih pogosto omenja v povezavi s (pre)majhnim posekom in s tem so uradno zaznani kot težava. Vendar pa je zaradi razmeroma velikega števila njihov družbeni pomen izjemen. Lastniki, ki bivajo daleč od svojih posesti, so manj vključeni v gospodarjenje z gozdom. Gozd je kot del družinske zapuščine za lastnike pomembna čustvena vrednota, ki pozitivno vpliva na gospodarjenje. Način dedovanja, ki se je iz načrtnega prelevil v stihijskega, je posredno vplival na odsotnost izvajanja del v gozdovih. Za pomemben dejavnik, ki vpliva na gospodarjenje z gozdovi, se je izkazala tudi stopnja zaupanja med lastniki, ki je na nizki ravni. Rezultati raziskave so koristni za javno gozdarsko službo in gozdarsko svetovalno službo, za zakonodajalce in za vse državljane Slovenije, da bolje spoznamo sebe, saj je marsikdo med nami lastnik gozda ali pa bo lastnik šele postal

    Abstract: The Good Practices Catalogue of Participatory Urban Agriculture addresses some of the main challenges related to governance systems within the Danube Region that can be associated with the decreasing capacities of public authorities to incorporate a participatory approach into planning.     Abstract: Katalog dobrih praks participativnega urbanega kmetijstva naslavlja nekaj glavnih izzivov občin, regij in držav v Podonavju, povezanih z upadom zmogljivosti javnih organov za uporabo participativnega pristopa v načrtovanju. Predstavljene so konkretne izkušnje z razvijanjem participativnega urbanega kmetijstva, ki so vplivale na izboljšanje javnih storitev, spodbujale aktivnejše državljanstvo, krepile sodelovanje javnosti in prispevale k trajnostnemu razvoju mest. Knjižica prinaša konceptualni premislek o urbanem kmetijstvu in njegovo sistematizacijo~analizo političnega okvira, ki podpira participativno urbano kmetijstvo v Podonavju~pregled evropskih programov in projektov, ki razvijajo urbano kmetijstvo in se posvečajo enakim ciljem kot projekt AgriGo4Cities~in predstavitev izbranih dobrih praks participativnega urbanega kmetijstva, katerih namen je predstaviti možne pristope k vzpostavljanju uspešnih participativnih vrtov.
