Abstract:
La transformation des zones rurales et l‘augmentation de la productivité des petites exploitations sont indispensables pour atteindre l‘objectif de vaincre la faim et la malnutrition. Parmi les 815 millions de personnes sousalimentées, 20% sont de jeunes enfants. La « faim cachée » reste également une préoccupation sérieuse. Les carences en micronutriments touchent environ 2 milliards de personnes et posent d‘énormes problèmes sociaux, politiques et défis de santé publique. Comme la faim et la malnutrition deviennent de plus en plus complexes, elles doivent être contrées par des politiques sophistiquées et une pensée novatrice. À cet égard, les innovations alimentaires et agricoles jouent un rôle essentiel pour vaincre la faim de manière durable et efficace. ; fre
